My happy software journey started from MMDU.
Placements: Computer Science students have some of the best placement records in the university. Around 85 to 90% of students get placed each year. The highest package often crosses 30 to 40 LPA from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and other tech giants, while the average package ranges between 6 to 8LPA. Popular recruiters include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and Capgemini. Roles offered are Software Developer, Data Analyst, Cloud Engineer, and AI/ML Engineer.
Infrastructure: The department has well equipped computer labs with the latest hardware and licensed software, along with high speed internet. There is a dedicated innovation lab for AI, Data Science, and IoT projects. Classrooms are smart-enabled, and the library offers access to e journals, a coding platform, and technical books. The hostel provides good Wi-Fi, and recreational facilities like sports and a gym are available.

Placements: About 80-90% of students get placed here for computer science and engineering. The highest package offered here is 43 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and average package is 5 LPA. More than 90% of students get internship opportunities. Top roles offered here are software engineer, software developer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities of our university are really good like Wi-Fi facilities, classroom is well organised, even libraries are available with strong Wi-Fi connections. Food quality in mess is awesome as compared to various other private universities. But here you will get only vegetarian food.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and supportive. They will teach you from scratch and help you when needed. They are knowledgeable regarding the subjects. Course curriculum is highly relevant to the industry requirements, and it will teach you industry required technology stacks. Semester is not easy but not even hard. It is easy to pass the semester but to score good CGPA, you need to prepare more.

Food and medical facility are very good in the college.

My college is quite good. Students are also cooperative in this university.
Placements: 20-25% of students get placed in my course. The highest package is 42 LPA. The lowest is around 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Infosys visit the college. 20-30% of students get placed in my course in companies like Infosys and Service Now. In the university, on-campus placements are very less. Students get off-campus placements more.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available only in hostels not on campus. The classroom infrastructure is quite good. In the library, all books are available. In labs, sometimes the PC does not work. The mess food is tasteless. No one wants mess food. The tea of mess is also very poor.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, some are not. 50% of students get ready for the industry by teachers. The remaining students get ready on their own. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is 33%. For students who score above 90%, their tuition fee will be free. Above 70% of students get 30% of scholarships and above 80% of students get 40% of scholarships.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software engineer. Technical things are better to improve my course. Scholarships are also received by students according to their 12th percentage.

    Hello Bipin, To my knowledge perhaps except for TN, no other state admits students to engineering based on marks of 12th. Hence your 83% are in a sense irrelevant. You should have given CET of your state.
