at MJPRU, Bareilly

MJRPU offers around 30 courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels. Some of the courses include BTech, MA, MSc, LLB, LLM, B.Ed, M.Ed, and various others. MJRPU admissions based on merit and entrance exam for some courses. The university further conducts an entrance exam for admission to the MSc, LLB, B.Ed, B/El.Ed, BPEd, M.Ed, and LLM courses.

National Testing Agency will release the CUET 2026 admit card at cuet.nta.nic.in. Only candidates who will register for the CUET 2026 exam will be able to download the hall ticket online. NTA also releases the CUET intimation slips prior to the release of CUET 2026 admit card for UG. Candidates can know their exam centre details in advance. The intimation slips will not act as CUET UG admit cards. To download the CUET admit card 2026, candidates must visit the official website- cuet.nta.nic.in and enter the CUET UG login details. 

In terms of placements, the University has achieved a good placement record. Over the past two years, the top industry in which the highest percentage of MBA offers were made has been the same, i.e. Banking, Finance, and Insurance. The MJPRU highest package has not been disclosed as of now. However, the median package offered to the 2023 passing-out batch is available. No, its not hard to get admission at MJPRU University but it is competitive. The university offers UG and PG courses across various specilisations such as Engineering, Management, Science, Arts, Medical, and others. MJPRU Bareilly conducts its entrance exam such as MJPRU Entrance Exam for admission to specific courses. National-level entrance exams like CUET UG, CUET PG,  JEE Main, etc., are also accepted by the university.

MJPRU admissions are either entrance or merit-based. Candidates have to qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any of the UG & PG courses. For PG courses, MJPRU conducts the MJPRU entrance exam. Apart from that for courses such as BPharm, BTech, MBA, MCA, etc., the university accepts valid scores of JEE Main, CUET UG & CUET PG entrance exams. Further, for other UG courses, admissions are entirely based on the merit obtained in the previous qualifying exam.

MJRPU offers both scholarships and financial assistance to its UG and PG students. However, students can apply for various Government scholarships such as the Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses (Minorities), the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students, the Graduate Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC/ST, Post Graduate Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holders, and Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child.

MJPRU admissions to all the courses are both entrance and merit-based. Candidates who are interested in MJPRU admissions can apply online by visiting the official website of the university and its affiliated colleges as per the opted courses. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University admissions generally begin in May and end in September every year. Candidates also need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admissions. The entrance exams accepted include JEE Main, NEET, CUET, GPAT, etc.

MJPRU Bareilly admissions are both merit and entrance-based for respective UG and PG courses. For a few UG courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, etc., admissions are offered based on candidates' merit scores obtained in their last qualifying exam. Further, to get admission to courses such as LLB, MEd, MSc, etc., candidates have to qualify for the university-level entrance exam. For other UG and PG courses, Rohilkhand University accepts a valid scores of CUET UG and CUET PG entrance exams. Later on, the selected students are allocated seats via a counselling process. Candidates willing to secure a seat to LLB course at MJPRU Bareilly must have a basic UG degree in hand before filling their applications. Eligible candidates will be only be shortlisted after qualifying for a university-level entrance exam conducted by MJPRU in an offline mode. The final seat allotment to the selected candidates will be done through a common counselling process.
