After the shortlisting process for BMS is completed, the MJPRU admission committee sends out admission offers. Selected students are required to pay the fees to secure their admission. As per official sources, the tuition fee to pursue BMS at MJPRU is INR 2.3 lakh. Students can pay the fee in online mode via net banking, credit card, or debit card.

In terms of placements, the University has achieved a good placement record. Over the past two years, the top industry in which the highest percentage of MBA offers were made has been the same, i.e. Banking, Finance, and Insurance. MJPRU accepts scores in JEE Main, CUET-UG, CUET-PG, etc. for admission to specific courses. The university also conducts its own test to select candidates for admission to M.Ed, LLB and LLM programmes.

MJPRU admissions are either entrance or merit-based. Candidates have to qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any of the UG & PG courses. For PG courses, MJPRU conducts the MJPRU entrance exam. Apart from that for courses such as BPharm, BTech, MBA, MCA, etc., the university accepts valid scores of JEE Main, CUET UG & CUET PG entrance exams.
