Q:   What should I do to get a direct admission in Mangalayatan University for B.Tech?
A: 

There are two modes of admission process for B.Tech in Mangalayatan University: the regular mode is after 12th through entrance examinations conducted, and the other mode is through lateral entry mode, where candidates can directly take admission into the second year, it is only for those who have completed a three-year Diploma course. However, the qualifications for the B.Tech programme stands at 55percent aggregate in 10+2 and QUALIFYING JEE marks sheet. The student must fill the form for application and update their results on opening of admissions.

Mangalayatan University is one of the State Universities of Uttar Pradesh. The University was founded in 2006 and is situated 20 kms from Yamuna Expressway, UP. the score required for admission to various courses at Mangalayatan University includes percentiles ranging from 60-85 for MBA, MUJEE exam scores for B.Tech, and 55% marks in Master's degree exams for Ph.D. programs.

Mangalayatan university also accepts CAT/MAT/XAT/UPSEE score for MBA and CLAT score for LLM.

Students get selected at 60-70 percentile and it is completely depends on Categories.For SC/ST students there is posibility to get selected . Other categories students have atleast 85 percentile to get selected in the college. Apart from that 50% in class 12 is necessary for the admission .

BBA program offers a well-rounded experience with strong placements and supportive faculty.
Placements: I'm pursuing a BBA at Mangalayatan University. Around 70 percent of students got placed, with the highest package at 6 LPA and the average at 3.2 LPA. Companies like HDFC Bank, Justdial and BYJU's recruit here. Approximately 75 percent of students secured internships at firms such as HDFC and various start-ups. Roles offered include business development executive (BDE), HR trainee and marketing executive.
Infrastructure: BBA department features smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, computer labs and a well-stocked library. The campus is clean and spacious, equipped with 24/7 electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Mess food is average but hygienic. There's a medical room on campus and sports facilities include cricket, basketball, and other games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and supportive, delivering good teaching quality with a focus on practical knowledge. The BBA curriculum is relevant and includes case studies, presentations, and industry exposure, which helps students become job-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is around 85 to 90 percent.

A growing institution with modern facilities and diverse programs.
Placements: About 80% of the B.Teach students were placed from my college last year. The highest package was 12 LPA, which varies from place to place. Top companies are HP, Infosys, Accenture, etc. About 40-50% got internships. The top roles offered in the college are placement offers and curriculum-related.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very well furnished with proper AC. Events and also in BBA and other courses, you'll find AC in classrooms. The quality of the hostel mess food is good; it’s fresh and till now no one has complained about it. Many students like the food.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful. They teach meaningful things and also talk to us like friends. They’ll help you in academics as well as in real life. If a student is interested, he can make himself industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult; the passing percentage is 95-96% per class.
Other: I chose BCA because I was interested in CSE and software engineering. It's a 3-year course with no strict syllabus, so you can do extra along with your degree. I’ve learned 5 programming languages and also there are events in the college.

Good placements and faculty.
Placements: Around 80%-85% of students from our course got placed. The highest package offered is approximately 18 LPA, the lowest is around 3.5 LPA, and the average package hovered near 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Deloitte, and a few product-based companies like Adobe and Cisco. Roughly 60% of students secured internships, with many interning at companies like IBM, Cognizant, and startups through college partnerships. The most common roles offered are software developer, data analyst, and system engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided for our course is quite good. The classrooms are spacious and well-equipped with projectors and audio systems. We have access to high-speed Wi-Fi across the campus, including the hostels. The labs are modern, and the library is well-stocked with relevant books, journals, and e-resources. Hostels are decent with 24/7 water and electricity, and regular cleanliness is maintained. The mess food is average but hygienic. There is also a medical center available on campus and facilities for indoor and outdoor sports such as badminton, cricket, and football.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are well-qualified and supportive. They have a good understanding of the subjects, and some have industry exposure as well. The teaching quality is generally good, and students can approach professors easily. The curriculum is updated moderately often and includes core as well as elective subjects relevant to current industry needs, helping students become job-ready. Semester exams are moderately challenging, with an overall pass percentage of around 85%. Continuous internal assessment and lab work make it easier to maintain good grades with consistent effort.
Other: I chose this course because of its balanced focus on academics and practical skills, and because of the college. College has a good placement track record. The best part about the course was the availability of elective subjects and project work that allowed specialization. However, improvements could be made in offering more updated software/tools in labs. More tie-ups with companies for real-time projects or industry visits would be beneficial. Scholarships are available for merit students, and extracurricular activities are supported by the administration, which adds to the overall development of students.

Really good Infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Approximately 80% of students get placements every year from our college, with the highest package being 11 LPA and the average package being 6 LPA. The college offers internship programs for all students to develop their personality and professional skills. Roles offered in our course are Teacher, Professor, and Administrative Officer.
Infrastructure: There is 24 x 7 electricity and clean drinking water. Smart classes are equipped with projectors, and Wi-Fi support is also available without any additional charges. The library has more than 50 thousand books for students and is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. The hostel is neat and clean, with Wi-Fi and clean drinking water. Geysers are installed in every bathroom for winter. The mess provides tasty and hygienic food. 24 x 7 medical support is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful towards students. The curriculum is also very helpful and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are quite tough but are very useful in get ready for the future. The pass percentage is over 95%.

Totally it is a very nice and good university for a student who wants to pursue their graduation.
Placements: Last year, more than 60% of students got placements. 70% of students get internships. There are more than 250 recruiters like HCL, Tata, Infosys, other MNCs, etc. There are many roles offered like data scientist in IT sectors and many others.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Wi-Fi is available on campus with good strength. Labs are good. There is a central library. Hostel facilities are very nice, and good quality food is available for students. A big cricket ground and many other grounds for other games are there. We have a very big garden area.
Faculty: Teachers' behaviour is very good. They help so much to solve queries and questions. The teaching quality is very nice. Course curriculum is so relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester examinations are moderate to tough but not hard. 90% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose B.Tech CSE because placements are good. Course curriculum is very good. Teachers are nice at our university. Many events are held in our university. A cultural event is held at our university which name is Atharva fest. There are many extracurricular activities. Our university provides scholarships for eligible students.

Life in Mangalayatan University: Good or Bad.
Placements: Min 30%-40% students were placed in BBA during the time of placement. The highest package is Rs 500,000 per year and the lowest package is Rs 300,000 per year. 10%-20% of opportunities are there for the internship during my time. Ceasefire, Reliance, Airtel, and many startups.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure in this college are good. Classrooms have good furniture with Wi-Fi, whiteboards, and a projector. Wi-Fi facilities are available all over the campus with a unique ID and password. Other infrastructure like the library, auditorium, central cafeteria, computer labs, practical labs, sports facilities, hostel, and many more things. Facilities in the hostel are well organized with good quality food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, gym, study room, sports, and games area.
Faculty: Teachers or faculty members are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are so helpful and guide the students from time to time. The course curriculum is also relevant, but there are some extra subjects in the major which are value-added subjects to study. The exams are not that difficult for students. Faculty members provide the study material for reference to the students. The passing criteria are 60% in exams and an aggregate 50% score in all semesters.
Other: I chose this course because it is relevant to my profession and further studies. This course helps me to clear my base and gain more understanding of business knowledge. My suggestion is to add some practical subjects to improve the quality of education, which gives more understanding about the problems faced in the corporate sector and we know how to handle them. Events, fests, campus surroundings, and extracurricular activities are hosted from time to time.
