Medicaps University offers a wide palette of specialisations under its BTech programme. Some of the specialisations are Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and more. The distribution of seats among all specialisations varies. As per official sources,  Computer Science and Engineering has the highest intake with 1140 seats. 

To pursue a BTech from Medicaps University, students must begin with submitting an online application form. This form is made available on the official website of the university. Next, they are required to take the MUSAT exam on the scheduled date and time.

Once the test results are announced, the university prepares a rank list based on applicants scores in the MUSAT exam. Based on this list, the university allocates the BTech seats. Students who get a seat must report to the university for verification of documents and payment of fees.

Medicaps University consolidated BTech placement data is not released. The University has released the prospectus 2025. As per the official data, BTech highest package recorded in 2025 was INR 48 LPA.

Admission to Medicaps University depends on the candidate’s performance in the last qualifying examination as well as national-level entrance exams. For B.Tech enrollment a valid score in JEE Mains is required. For the MBA programme accepted entrance test scores are CMAT/ CAT/ GMAT. Students who seeking to pursue Ph.D. are required to take CSIR/ UGC NET and must get a valid score. Eligibility for admission is more than 75% in 12th grade. So, while it’s not extremely difficult to get into, it does require good academic performance and preparation.

To get admission into any of the programmes offered at Medicaps University, students are required to qualify for the admission criteria as set by the university. Eligible students can apply for the course of choice by filling out the application form and providing the required documents. Aspirants looking to enrol Engineering, Management, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Science, and Art Humanities, Social Science, and integrated Law courses need to appear for the MU-SAT exam or provide a score of other accepted exams. For final seat confirmation, students need to pay the admission fees.

More than 17,000 students were placed during Medicaps University placements 2025. Also, over 2,000 students received internship offers in 2025. Earlier, 838 students were placed during the 2024 placements.
