Decent if you have no other option for a government college & want a relatively affordable college.
Placements: Around 400–500 students get placed out of a batch size of 1,500. The highest on-campus package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. There are no summer internships, and very few six-month internships are available. The top roles offered are SDE, SWE, and sales roles. Most students get placed in mass hiring companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi does not work properly. Classrooms do not get cellular signals. Labs are okay, but the systems are outdated. They do not even have basic compilers and applications. The classrooms are small but manageable. The library is good, has books and study space. It is the best thing about university.
Faculty: Very few teachers have good knowledge of their courses. The curriculum is okay. The exams are too easy, and anyone can get good grades despite not studying throughout the semester. There is no relative grading, and the marking system is basic. University keeps experimenting with paper patterns and consistently makes them worse. There is too much focus on attendance but not enough on classroom teaching.
Other: The college is good if you want to study in Indore only. It should focus more on academics and internships than on marketing. The campus is very crowded. The Moonstone Fest is not very enjoyable. The campus is well connected to the city.

The infrastructure and the college overall are good.
Placements: Approximately 50 percent students are placed. The highest package is 13 LPA, the lowest is 2.4 LPA, and the average is around 4.5 LPA. PWC, Gamma Edge, Impetus, Yash Technology, etc., recruit. Only a few get internships, approximately 5% in Oodo. Data sciences, AI/ML, software engineer, Java developer and Python developer roles are offered. The placement rate is low.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good, also the mess, canteen, and all things are good and cheap. The college has multiple grounds to play games. Also, an event happens for cricket and kabaddi that is also very amazing. Wi-Fi and classrooms are also very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. They are only M.Tech passed, very few did PhD. Also, sometimes they mark you absent if they catch you talking, and 75% attendance criterion is also there, there is no relation to medical problems. For the semester, you have to attend classes to get 75%. Sometimes the course is not completed on time.
Other: One event, Moonstone, happens every year. We also have scholarship facilities and a very crowded college with approximately 30,000 students.

What should you expect from Medicaps University?
Placements: Medicaps is known for its good placement records. I am in 3rd year, but the batch that passed out this year got decent placements. If you have decent skills, then you can easily get placed. Most of the packages are around 3.2-6 LPA. The highest known package was 12 LPA this year. Top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Cisco and IBM. In-house internships are provided by the college, but they are paid for by students.
Infrastructure: V block is the main CSE building, which is good and well-maintained. Classes are big and have projectors for teachers to teach. Labs are well-equipped with PCs for student use with free Wi-Fi. The central library is also very big and always open. I am a day scholar, so I don't know much about hostel facilities, but there are separate hostels for boys and girls with a mess within the campus. There is one main canteen, which is very reasonable and two secondary canteens. There is also a medical building for emergencies and proper sports facilities.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are from private universities and can help you solve problems. Some are very good and helpful, but it depends on your luck which teacher you get. Courses and curriculum are mostly theory-based and include most of the new courses that are relevant in the tech field. Each semester consists of two mid-semester exams and one end-of-semester exam, which are generally of an easy level.
Other: I was always interested in the tech field, so I chose B.Tech. because there are good opportunities in this field. I think it would be better if more practical-focused courses were included, which gives better industry knowledge. There are no such events here, but the annual fest Moonstone is held on a very large scale, and it is really enjoyable. The crowd in Medicaps is good, most of them are from outside Indore. There are a lot of clubs for students, but college does not provide attendance for club events. College also provides bus services and the MUSAT exam for scholarships.

Okay college with average placements, but it can improve its infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Around 60 to 70 percent of students get placed in my course. The highest package offered ranges from 22 to 49 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 4 to 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, and Amazon. 70 to 80 percent of students get internships through their own hard work and with the help of the college. Top roles offered are software engineering and data analysis.
Infrastructure: The quality of facilities in our hostel has been improving very much. The lift is not working properly, and they do not give cold water in the summer. The food in the mess is very bad. Medical facilities are also not that good. Because of the academic pressure, students cannot take part in sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and well-qualified. The teaching quality is good, as it mostly depends on their way of teaching. Mostly, teachers teach through PDFs and by making PPTs. The course curriculum is relevant, but they don't make students industry-ready. Exams are not that difficult in college. Around 80 percent is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in learning engineering concepts and technical skills. We get better career opportunities in engineering fields. In our course, it should focus more on practical skills and abilities. Only one event takes place in a year, and it's a major event called Moonstone.

It is an average college with decent academics. It needs improvement in placements.
Placements: Placements in this college are below average. Only 40-50 percent of students get placed. Mostly, management students are placed at this college. A low percentage of students are placed from the computer science department. The highest package offered is 48 LPA, but it is off-campus. The lowest package offered ranges between 2-3 LPA. The average package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Capgemini hire students. 50 percent of students get internships from this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good here. We get Wi-Fi connections in labs. In classrooms, there is no Wi-Fi network. In the library, we also get a Wi-Fi connection. Facilities in the library are good, and all kinds of books are available. The quality of food in the mess is not nice. Many students get their lunch from outside as the food in the mess is not nice. In the canteen, a lot of things are available to eat. There are a variety of options. In medical facilities, only a first aid box is available. There are not a lot of options in sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are generally helpful and qualified. They have good subject knowledge. The teaching quality varies from faculty to faculty. Some teachers explain concepts clearly, while others rely more on notes and theory. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant but not fully industry-oriented, so students need to learn additional skills on their own to be job-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, mostly based on the syllabus and previous papers. With regular study, it is manageable to pass. The overall pass percentage is fairly high, and it is around 75-85 percent. Many students clear exams without major difficulty.

Medicaps genuine review and honest opinion.
Placements: To be honest, the students getting placed are very few. 300 people sit for the exam and 2-3 get selected in good companies such as TCL. The highest package I heard last time was 12 LPA; I can't say about the lowest, and the average package is about 4-5 LPA. TCL is the top recruiting company, there are more too, though, like Deloitte and Flipkart. They offer internships as well, and yes, Intel too.
Infrastructure: I would say the infrastructure is very good, and the whole building has good Wi-Fi connectivity. Labs are good as well with good system specifications. Classrooms are well maintained, and the benches are comfortable. The library is very good and well-maintained, as well as clean. I never lived in a hostel, so I don't know a lot, but yes, hostel life at MU is great, as I have heard from friends.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable, and they provide good content too. Some of the teachers lack teaching skills, but, about 95% of teachers are good at their job and very helpful. The course curriculum is relevant; I can't say it makes students industry-ready, but it's okayish. The difficulty of semester exams is moderate. Sixty to eighty percent of students pass, and obviously, if they don't study, they can't pass. Teachers provide good content; if you study well, passing is not a big deal.
Other: This course is very good, I suppose, for getting a job and securing a career. I personally don't think anything can improve in this course, just don't waste time and be consistent. The events are the best part of Medicaps, like they are so enjoyable. Connectivity is very good, and yes, scholarships are also given to OBC, SC/ST, and reserved categories.

Good infrastructure, egoistic faculties, below-average placements, and no opportunities for anyone.
Placements: I belong to the 2023-2027 batch, and I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. Around 40% of students from my course are placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, 47 Billion group, Capgemini, etc. Nearly 20% students got internships in companies such as TCS, Infosys, IBM, local IT firms, etc. The top roles offered are Software Developer, Web Developer, Data Analyst, System Engineer, QA Engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: My department is well-equipped, the infrastructure is far better than that of other colleges, but it still it does lack modernism. It's pretty and something you can spend a lot of time on without getting bored, but getting to classrooms can get really difficult. Wi-Fi is high-speed. Hygiene is a very big issue. The campus is very pretty, though. There is a pretty library too. The quality of food is bad. Sports are fun, and there are good facilities for that too.
Faculty: Some teachers are very egoistic, but they are the ones who know nothing, and they try to cover up their lack of knowledge with their ego and speeches. Some (60-70%) are very talented and genuine engineers. Fun to work with, especially in senior years. In junior years, teachers are pretty bad and more focused on irrelevant things. Some part is very relevant, like from the second year. Semester exams are quite easy.

Best university of Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: The placement rate is better. Maybe with an average package but seats are in a very large number. Maybe almost 90 percent of students are placed by this university.
Infrastructure: College is good for sports and other activities.
Faculty: One of the best exam conducting teams. Teachers are also very experienced. They make us industry-ready. The teacher teaches us about the system in which we have to spend our lives. The exams are not too tough if you studied the course. The passing percentage of the exam is 35 percent in every cousre. Best faculty members and strict about studies.
Other: Placement rate is better so I chose this university. Fully satisfied with it. The best thing in a year for students is the annual fest Moonstone which is conducted for 1 week in which all the activities are conducted such as sports, competition, dance, drama, etc.
