The following entrance exam results are accepted by MIT ADT University's Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (MANET) for admission to the B.Tech program:

MHT CET: Candidates may be admitted to B.Tech programs if they have valid results in the PCB or PCM group of the MHT CET.

JEE Main: At MANET, MIT ADT University, valid JEE Main scores in the PCM group are also accepted for admission to B.Tech programs.

IMU CET: The merit score of the IMU CET entrance exam is taken into consideration for admission to Naval Sciences programs, including B.Tech Marine Engineering and B.Sc. Naval Science.

In order to be considered for admission to the B.Tech programme at MANET, MIT ADT University, prospective students must make sure they meet the eligibility requirements and have valid results from the designated entrance exams.

MIT ADT has various international collaborations in the countries such as Western Africa, the UK, the USA, Canada, Japan, etc. Some of the names of these collaborations include IMAT College Group, Sierra Leone, Western Africa, ECAM EPMI graduation school of travel, University in Conakry, Guinea, Western Africa, University of Pitesi, Romania, University of Agriculture, Krakow (Poland), Federation University, Australia, etc.

Direct admission is possible for a few of the courses at MIT ADT. The university offers multiple UG and PG courses in the stream of Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management, etc. For admission to courses such as MBA, MCA, BTech, MTech, BArch, etc., it's mandatory for candidates to submit the scores of any relevant entrance exam, which is accepted at either the state or national level. Apart from this, admissions to courses such as BCA, BBA, BSc, MA, BCom, etc., are done based on the merit of candidates in their last qualifying exam as per the course's requirements. For some courses, the selection process also includes qualifying for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. 

A total of 2315 students participated during MIT ADT University placements 2024, of which 1947 were placed in reputed companies. The university has achieved 79% placements in the academic year 2023-24.

The overall MIT ADT average package offered to the batch 2025 is yet to be released. However, the average salary offered to the School for Computing students during the 2024 drive was INR 7.5 LPA.

The total tuition fee for MIT School of Computing BTech is INR 12.72 lakh. The total fee, includes tuition fee, development fee, university fee, medical insurance, etc. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm seats. Students also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for BTech course is INR 1,800. Its payment can be done in an online mode.

The total fee for MSc is INR 2.23 lakh. The fee, includes tuition fee, development fee, university fee, medical insurance, uniform, convocation, alumni charges and holistic development fee. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for each course is INR 1,500.

MIT School of Computing offers four courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels in affiliation with MIT-ADT University. Candidates after completing Class 12 for UG courses and graduation for PG courses. The offered courses are:
