Yes, MIT-WPU, Pune offers various scholarships to its meritorious students. The scholarships are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. MIT-WPU provides scholarships in the form of fee waivers, which are solely based on scores of candidates obtained in either MIT-WPU CET/ MHT CET/ JEE Main entrance exams for the respective courses. The admission process for both the MBA (General) and MBA (Dual-Specialisation) courses is the same. Admission to the MIT-WPU, Pune MBA course is entrance-based. Candidates need to appear in either CAT/XAT/NMAT/MAT/GMAT/MAH CET/PERA CET entrance exam and qualify for any one exam with a valid score. The final selection is based on the performance of candidates in the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, followed by other selection rounds.

• The last application date for BTech, PharmD and BPharm courses is April 15, 2026.
• The applications for MBA will close by Jan 27, 2026.
• The last date to apply for PharmD (Lateral Entry) is Apr 30, 2026.
• The application deadline for all other courses is Jan 7, 2026.

MIT WPU offers courses at the UG and PG level in full-time mode for durations varying from 2 years to 5 years. Admission to the respective courses is offered on the basis of merit and entrance. In addition to this, MIT WPU fee structure covers the courses with tuition fees ranging from INR 1.05 Lacs to INR 17 Lakh.

MIT-WPU, Pune, has released the cutoffs for all rounds and categories for admission to BE/BTech courses. According to the JEE Main cutoff 2023, BTech in Mechanical Engineering cutoff ranged from 24215 to 22220 as per the first and the last round for the General AI category students. 

Candidates need to pay a fees to apply for a course at MIT-WPU. The application fees for each course is INR 2,000. Aspirants can pay the fees via any of the online payment modes. Aspirants must keep the fee receipt for future reference.

In order to get admission to MIT-WPU, Pune BTech course, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50-60% aggregate in the PCM group. Admission to this course is completely entrance-based. Aspirants are required to appear in either JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET entrance exams. Admission to BTech at MIT-WPU, Pune is purely based on a valid score of candidates in the respective entrance exams and their past academic scores. Further, shortlisted candidates also have to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) of minimum 500 words.

However, those who seek admission to BTech Bioengineering course, must have passed Class 12 in Physics and Mathematics as main subjects and Biotechnology as optional subjects. The candidates for this course are selected based on NEET UG scores.

Candidates must pass Class 12 with 50% aggregate with English subject in any stream (45% aggregate for reserved category) to apply for BBA (Hons) at MIT-WPU. Aspirants should have documents proving their eligibility at the time of admission.
