MIT WPU MCA Courses & Fee 2025: Eligibility, Admission & Dates

To study a three-year BCA (Science) course at MIT Pune, candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria as per the university norms. The minimum eligibility to apply for BCA at MIT Pune is to pass Class 12 in the Science stream or pass a Diploma in Engineering. • Class 12 with 50% aggregate in Science stream with English subject (45% aggregate in case of Backward class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only)
• Passed a 3-year Engineering Diploma with 55% aggregate from a Govt. approved institution

The admission process for BCA (Science) course at MIT Pune starts with filling an application form. Before applying for this course, candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements, i.e., to pass Class 12 in the Science stream from a recognised board. Yes, MIT Pune BCA admissions are entirely entrance-based. The university selects eligible candidates based on its in-house entrance exam, i.e., MIT WPU-CET. The university conducts a common entrance test for the selection of candidates for its UG & PG courses. This exam is conducted in online mode. In the selection process, there is 100% weightage given for the entrance exam and 50% for the personal interview round. Whoever is willing to get admission to this course must qualify for the MIT-WPU CET exam with a valid score.
