Placements: I am happy with the placement opportunities in the MCA course at MIT-WPU. Around 80% of students get placed. TCS, Infosys, Accenture, & Wipro visit the campus. They offer good roles. Internship opportunities are also available. The main roles offered include Software Developer, Web Developer, System Analyst, and Business Analyst.

Infrastructure: The computer setup is up to date across the campus. Fast internet is available everywhere. The computer labs have good processors. They also have tools for coding. The classrooms are big. They have air conditioning. The library has lots of books and technical journals. The hostels have round-the-clock security. They are also kept clean. The food in the mess varies every day. There are quick food options on campus. Students who like sports can use the sports area. There is also a gym.

Faculty: Professors are knowledgeable. They encourage students to go beyond textbook learning. They guide students through minor projects. They also help with internship opportunities. Curriculum is designed to industry needs. It includes in demand subjects like data structures, Java, & cybersecurity. The semester exams test problem solving abilities. Placements: I am satisfied with the placement opportunities in the MCA course at MIT-WPU. Many students get placed through campus drives. TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, & Capgemini. Course also offers internship opportunities. These internships provide practical exposure. They also help us feel more confident about starting our careers.

Infrastructure: MIT-WPU provides good infrastructure for the Computer Applications programme. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the department floors and common areas. The computing labs are equipped with high-spec PCs. They also have modern hardware & the latest software tools. These facilities support hands on learning in DevOps, cloud technology, & mobile app development. Classrooms are smart-enabled and air-conditioned. They provide a comfortable learning environment. They also help students focus better. The central library offers study cubicles and standard textbooks. It also provides access to international digital journals for research and study.

Faculty: Faculty is well-qualified. Teachers are updated with current technology through guest lectures & workshops. Curriculum is industry focused. Regular assessments help me stay on track. Placements: From my experience, the placement opportunities are quite decent. Around 80–85% of eligible students get placed through campus recruitment drives. IBM, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, Persistent Systems, & Amdocs recruit students from the college. The common roles include Full-Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Cloud Administrator, Data Analyst, Web Developer, and System Analyst. The salary packages generally range from around 3–3.5 LPA at the lower end to 12–14 LPA for the highest package. The average package is around 5–5.5 LPA. Internship opportunities are also available. Around 85% of students secure internships.

Infrastructure: The campus is beautiful in terms of both infrastructure and nature. The cafeteria, canteen, stationery shops, medical facilities, and sports facilities are all available on one campus. This makes things easier for students. There are basketball courts, volleyball courts, indoor game rooms, a gym, a swimming pool, and tennis courts. There are plenty of sports facilities to help students relax after classes and maintain their health.

Faculty: I am a final-year Computer Applications student at MIT-WPU, Pune. I have an interest in coding, which is why I chose this programme. The programme offers an industry-aligned curriculum. It also has modern and well-equipped labs. We are taught AI/ML and cloud computing. Events related to our programme, such as hackathons, are organised regularly. They are very helpful. Faculty is approachable. Guest lecturers also keep us updated with industry requirements. An attendance percentage of 80% is required to sit for exams. This helps us stay focused in class and avoid missing lectures. Faculty members also act as guardians. They help and support us a lot.
