The Consortium of the NLUs plans to publish distinct CLAT 2024 cutoff scores for every counseling cycle in 2024. Experts estimate that this year's cutoff for the highest NLUs will be greater than 90 points. For the best NLUs, the NLU CLAT cut off percentage score is probably greater than 75%.

NALSAR University of Law prepares LLM cutoff list as per the applicants CLAT scores. In 2024, the closing rank for LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law was 298 for the General-All India category. The cutoff can vary based on the chosen LLM course specialisation. Considering the last three years' cutoff, the closing rank shows a fluctuating trend for NALSAR LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law. The closing rank was 224 in 2023 and 240 in 2022.

NALSAR University of Law, don’t offer admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes without a valid CLAT score. Candidates looking forward to practising law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that is conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India. However, aspirants who wish to apply for MBA or BBA may not require CLAT and can get admission based on other accepted entrance exams.

For BBA LLB, TS PGLCET and CLAT are accepted . For LLM, exams like  TS PGLCET, CLAT are accepted. For BBA, exams like CLAT, JEE Mains, IPMAT and JIPMAT are accepted . CLAT is the entrance exam that is demanded by Nalsar University of Law for admissions. Candidate is advised to check the entrance exam required in the course of their choice. 

NALSAR Hyderabad follows a fee refund policy for students who exits or fails to pay the fee. Below are the conditions for fee refund:

• In case an aspirant exits or fails to pay fee due to NALSAR within the prescribed date, or is found ineligible upon document verification are refunded an amount of INR 20,000 as confirmation fee and INR 5,000 of counselling registration fee. 
• In respect of the candidate who does not turn-up for the interview/ on the date notified by the university for document verification, 10% of the tuition fee is retained by the university and the balance amount
