SCHEDULE I – Means Based Scholarship:
Scholarship Amount = (Base Points of the respective annual family income bracket/100) x Tuition Fee
.Candidate having Up to 3,00,000 annual family income will get 100 base points.
.Candidate having 3,00,001 to 4,00,000 annual family income will get 85 base points.
.Candidate having 4,00,001 to 5,00,000 annual family income will get 60 base points.
.Candidate having 5,00,001 to 6,00,000 annual family income will get 45 base points.
.Candidate having 6,00,001 to 7,00,000 annual family income will get 30 base points.
.Candidate having 7,00,001 to 8,00,000 annual family income will get 20 base points
2. SCHEDULE II – Means Cum Merit Based Scholarship
2. 1 The provisions under this Schedule shall be applicable only in the circumstances where the
sanctioned scholarship budget amount is less than the calculated amount by applying the
provisions of Schedule I to the received application
2.2 Scholarship under Schedule II would be awarded to students based on the criteria of means cum-merit basis. With 75 percent weightage for means component and 25 percent for merit
component.
2.3 Scholarship would be based on the following calculation
Scholarship Amount = Tuition Fee x [(0.75 x Points for Means) + (0.25 x Points for Merit)]/ 100

NALSAR Hyderabad follows a fee refund policy for students who exits or fails to pay the fee. Below are the conditions for fee refund:
- In case an aspirant exits or fails to pay fee due to NALSAR within the prescribed date, or is found ineligible upon document verification are refunded an amount of INR 20,000 as confirmation fee and INR 5,000 of counselling registration fee.
- In respect of the candidate who does not turn-up for the interview/ on the date notified by the university for document verification, 10% of the tuition fee is retained by the university and the balance amount

The total tuition fee for NALSAR University of Law BA LLB (Hons) programme is INR 7.8 lakh. The total fee of BA LLB (Hons) includes academic charges, user charges, one-time fee and refundable deposits. Aspirants need to pay a refundable deposit of INR 20,000 (INR 14,000 for SC/ ST). Nalsar University is a Hyderabad based Law university which offers degrees in the field of law, like BA LLB ( Hons), B.Sc. LLB, LLM etc. Just like other colleges, here too the fee structure strictly depends upon the programme you are opting for, that is, the fee structure for BA LLB (Hons) will be different than that for the LLM students . According to this college's website the fee structure within the LLM will be different for different programs . I e , for LLM General students, the tuition fees will be 1,75,000 with a refundable deposite of 20,000 . whereas LLM in insolvency and bankruptcy law's students will have to pay a tuition fees of 2,25,000 with a refundable deposite of 20,000.
