Navrachana University require aspirants to undergo a comprehensive selection process before final admission to the BTech programme. The first requirement is to fulfil the specified eligibility criteria. Further, aspirants can get admission in one of the following two ways:
- Admission for 50% of the seats is done through the GUJCET counselling conducted by the ACPC, Government of Gujarat.
- Admission for the remaining 50% of the seats are provided by the university based on the applicants' JEE (Main)/ GUJCET scores.
Hence, getting direct admission to the BTech programme of Navrachana University may not be possible. Nonetheless, candidates can contact the university for confirmed information.

Navrachana University BTech admission is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria specified by the university. Aspirants must ensure meeting the following criteria before applying form admission:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream or any other recognised examination from any school in India
- They must have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Technical Vocational Subjects as compulsory subjects in Class 12
- The minimum aggregate required in the case of SC/ ST/ SEBC caniddates is 40%
- Candidates must have valid JEE (Main)/ GUJCET scores

To get a B.Tech degree from Navrachana University, you need to meet these requirements:
- Finish high school (10+2) with at least 50% marks in any subject.
- Score at least 45% marks in your Class 12 exams (or 40% if you belong to a reserved category).
- If you completed a 3-year Diploma after 10th grade, you can also apply.
- For half of the available seats in the program, which are for students from Gujarat, you'll need to apply through ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) of the Gujarat government. They'll decide based on a merit list.
- You should have taken exams like JEE (Main) or GUJCET.
