NLU Kochi LLM Eligibility & Highlights 2025
NLU Kochi LLM or Master of Laws is a one-year postgraduate-level course offered in a full-time mode. The LLM course is available in three distinct branches, i.e., International Trade Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Public Health Law. Further, the PG-level course curriculum is spread across three trimesters every academic year with a blend of core and elective courses.
NLU Kochi LLM admission is subject to the entrance exam and on merit-cum-poreference basis. Admission to the LLM course is subject to a valid score on the Common Law Admission Test, known as CLAT. Additionally, candidates are required to go through the CLAT counseling process conducted by CNLU for final seat allotment. However, before applying for the CLAT exam, candidates must have a valid qualification as tabulated below:

NLU Kochi LLM admission is based on the CLAT counseling process. CLAT counseling is held up to six rounds. Selected candidates must pay the confirmation fee to the Consortium for freeze and float options for admission to NLUs against each Allotment List within the prescribed time.
