The modes of Noida International University course admissions are online and offline. Admission to various postgraduate and undergraduate courses is based on merit and scores of entrance tests. At the undergraduate level, the Noida International University offers three to four-year BSc, BTech, three-year BCA, and other courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the university offers two-year MCA, MSc, and other courses to students. The university also offers PhD and other courses to students.

Noida International University once registration fees and application fees are paid are non-refundable. Candidates who paid fees for eserving a seat are non-refundable and non-transferable if they are less than the prescribed fee. Further, candidates can apply for a refund of programme fees by submitting an application in the prescribed format. The refund amount is deducted by 50% for administrative charges. Thecandidates are also required to return any NIU material, such as the ID card, confirmation letter, or self-learning material before leaving the university.

The Noida International University placement cell conveys the date to the placement coordinator of the respective school and the students who applied for the particular company. Students cannot modify the date of the interview, except under very unusual circumstances. The companies then conduct the interview either at their respective office (in case of an off-campus drive) or will visit the school campus. CUET score is not be specifically required for admission to Noida International University, but the university may consider it for scholarship purposes or as part of the overall admission evaluation process.

For Master of Technology (MTech), the accepted exam is GATE. For seeking admission, candidates need to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 55 per cent aggregate.
