Best college, definitely recommend it.

Placements: RIT Roorkee had an exceptional placement cell that truly went above and beyond for its students. Reputed companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL Technologies. Several top product-based firms visit the campus every year. RIT Roorkee was considered one of the best places to kickstart an engineering career.

Infrastructure: Campus was green. It includes big workshops, smart classrooms, and a good library for self-study. Sports facilities and a gym were a plus. Hostel infrastructure was secure with Wi-Fi.

Faculty: Faculty at RIT Roorkee was actually helpful. Most professors were well-qualified and explained concepts properly. They focused on practical learning. Doubt-solving sessions were regular. The college also provided coding practice, projects, workshops, and placement training. It offered a good mix of academics and skills.

Other: It was a good place to study without city distractions. It was worth it for students who are serious about campus life and placements.

Haridwar University is the best university in Uttarakhand. My campus life is awesome.

Placements: Though it’s a new college, it already has a functioning placement cell. Some FAANG companies have visited the campus for placements, along with companies like GoDaddy, Infosys, TCS, and Genpact. For internships, senior students have formed specific groups to share internship details, assist with CV preparation, and guide juniors effectively.

Infrastructure: The campus life is vibrant and enjoyable. Fresher’s parties and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm by students and university members. Educational events are frequently organized for students. The hostel offers various options, including normal rooms, semi-deluxe, and deluxe rooms. Facilities like a mess, laundry, well-maintained rooms, gym, and Wi-Fi are provided, along with healthy meals.

Faculty: The faculty members are experienced and provide practical insights into societal and career realities. Exams include one mid-semester and an end-semester, with a passing criterion of 40 out of 100 marks.
