Satisfied with the campus .

Placements: There is no system of placements in our college, but that is only for our course. The only package is the minimum since it is a central university. We had to make a portfolio and apply for internships on our own. The top role offered is that of an architect.

Infrastructure: I feel the infrastructure is basic but acceptable. The hostels are good but not great, especially for boys. The Wi-Fi facility is not great, especially in hostels. I had to survive without it. Labs are fine. Classrooms are fine. The library is outdated. Student culture is a little off.

Faculty: The teaching quality was fine but could be much better. In particular, there should be more faculty members in the department, and teachers should also have some knowledge of not being egoistic. Education should not include ego. I would say it is relevant, but again, more effort should be given to giving practical knowledge and flexibility. The semester exams are fine to deal with. The pass percentage is about 80–90%.

Other: I chose this course because I did not want to do mainstream engineering. It was a wholesome experience. The thing I would suggest about my course is that it has a wide spectrum of opportunities and fields, and students should be made aware of it throughout the course. The campus is remarkable and mind-strucking, but it has a low crowd flow, and I think some action won't hurt.

It is a great campus, and it has good faculty.

Placements: About 80% of students got placed in good architectural firms. 100% of students got internships in various architectural firms throughout India. The top roles offered are junior architect, architectural designer, industrial designer etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities in the department are excellent, including Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, a library with huge materials, excellent stationery etc. The facilities in the hostel are above average. The quality of food available in the mess is average. Sports and games are enjoyed by all students.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, extremely qualified and have tremendous knowledge regarding the field of architecture and design. The bachelor of architecture course is quite relevant, and it prepares the students to be ready to work in the field and excel in the work of architecture.

Other: The campus of North Eastern Hill University is itself a bliss, and the campus life is truly wonderful.
