The placements are not so exciting in the college because only BPOs come to the college to offer the job opportunities.

B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2027

Average or maybe the worst placements for core placements.
Placements: At present, the highest package for the EEE course is 8 LPA by Deloitte (this year for my seniors). Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Capgemini recruit every year. Core companies hire very few students, and the average package you can expect is 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old for departments other than CSE. The buildings are old, and the bathrooms are too bad. Labs are decent, and the canteen is overcrowded. The college is spread over 50 acres, so it is quite big. For sports, there are cricket and football grounds.
Faculty: The college has decent faculty members with good teaching experience. Some subject teachers in my course are very good, while some are not. Semester exams are not very hard, just normal, and mid exams are easy. You have two assignments and three STs.
Other: If it is for Computer Science, I think you can opt for this college. Events and fests happen every year. There is a lot of freedom, and a minimum of 75% attendance should be maintained.

Matrusri Engineering College
Placements: The percentage of placed students is 90 percent, highest package offered is 36 LPA, and the average package offered is 7 LPA. Top companies like Infosys, Amazon, Flipkart, Google, etc., visit the campus, the percentage of students getting internships for my course is 75 percent.
Infrastructure: For the course, the department is good and all facilities are available. Each department has its own block. The college provides only Wi-Fi. Labs and classrooms are good. The library has all kinds of books. Hostel facilities are good, including room, water, and food. There are a total of three canteens in the college. Medical and sports facilities are good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to student who are having doubts. Teachers are very qualified and very knowledgeable. Teaching is quality is good. These course is relevant to hardware not relevant to industry field. Semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage for these is 85 percentage.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2023

The faculty members are good but the college and students here are worst.
Placements: There was no placement drive for students at this college. When asked they would send us to some other college open placement drive. When asked about our college, they used to say its a small college, and we cannot provide a placement drive.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi or library, but they showed us during admission. We had a library and all. But when we asked they just took us to a room where books were simply getting destroyed by bugs. The only thing college was running because they had NCC.
Faculty: Teachers were well-qualified and knowledgeable. But the problem here was the management of this college. They did not have a plan to work on with the students and teachers. They just simply open the gate in morning and leave. They hardly care who enter and exit the campus.

The students who have studied in this college are satisfied.
Placements: Approximately 40 students were placed in our course. The package starts from 20,000. We also have good recruiting companies. Some of my friends did their internships in their favourite companies, and the completion of their interviews made them better.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in the college, for the course, and for the department are very good. Labs, classrooms, and a library are also provided and available. Hostel facilities are available as well, and the quality of food is hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers or faculty are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good, and their way of responding is also good. The course curriculum is relevant, and they make students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course to take a step forward towards my goal and ambition. I think the internships and the relevant knowledge provided will help students in improving their chosen course.

B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by Vasavi College of Engineering - VCE
4.6

For Vikasith Bharath, Vasavi College of Engineering.
Placements: Vasavi College of Engineering is a top 4 college in Hyderabad with its amazing placement offers. The highest placement obtained so far is 55 LPA for the 2024-25 batch. Companies like Google, Adobe, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Flipkart, and Amazon, like big MNCs, come to our college every year for placement. Average placement is 5 LPA. Placement percentage is up to 85 per cent. Many students who got placed have done an internship at first for up to 6 months or more. Roles offered are associate software engineer, Graduate engineer trainee, business analyst, junior analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: College is surrounded by lush green trees and scenery. It is up to 15 acres of land. It is near a military area and very near to many IT companies. College has 5-6 blocks for the cafeteria, library, and auditorium. IT block, CS block, ECE block, civil and mechanical blocks. I think college is a bit small and can't hang out much, but it's a mini green spot. Food here is good, and not the best. Game periods are very few because all periods are covered with classes, and there are fewer free periods.
Faculty: The faculty's explanation is very good. I honestly feel that their explanation is better than some of the intermediate colleges because they are more experienced. The teacher-student ratio is 1:65, and every person gets attention. The correction of exams is very strict, making students study even more. Mids are for 30 marks and sem is for 70 marks. 90-100 marks make an A+ grade, and further go down with grades such as A, B+ and so on. Courses offered in college are good, and they expose students to industrial experiences. The pass percentage every year is 80-90 per cent.
Other: I chose this course to learn more about VLSI chip designing, and I would like to learn more about semiconductors. ECE is the best course offered, and this is a good college with industry exposure. I wish there were a few free periods so that we could learn more on our own. There are up to 10 clubs in this college, from dance to MUN, and all clubs are very active. Fest happens once a year, and it's called Euphoria. Connection to people and gatherings, making friends and changing out is much more fun in this college.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) - Batch of 2025
Offered by Spoorthy Degree College
2.6
3Placements2Infrastructure3Faculty2Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
I am totally dissatisfied with the college. It has good infrastructure but not good placements.
Placements: About 60% of students were selected for placements. The highest salary package offered in the college is 8 LPA and the minimum salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Mostly companies like Cogent, Tech Mahindra, and TCS visit the college for placements. Students get voice and non-voice jobs in all courses like B.Sc, B.Com, and BCA. Mostly administration jobs will be provided and most of the jobs will be given to B.Com students.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi in classrooms and there is no library. It has only a single building in the whole college and they are newly constructing another building. The college does not have any ground. If there is any big event, then they will take students to the engineering campus and Spoorthy Engineering College. There is no canteen or medical room.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The college is affiliated with Osmania University. They conduct the semester exams, and mostly the exam fees are high. Exams conducted are mostly hard to write and Osmania University also fails the students to get money easily from students.
Other: Fests and events are not done in college because the college is not big. It does not have a campus. It just has a single block and faculty members do not encourage students to do events.
