PES University MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
PES University offers a two-year PG degree course of MTech across four specialisations. Apart from this, the University also has a five-semester Executive MTech course that is available in a single specialisation. To get admission in either of the mentioned courses, students need to qualify for the university’s in-house entrance exam i.e., PESSAT or PGCET/GATE with good scores. The 2024 placement data has not been disclosed. Earlier, as per the official website, more than 30% of students received an average salary above INR 15 LPA during the 2023 drive. The complete placement report is yet to be released. Alongside this, according to media reports, the PES University average package and highest package offered during placements 2023 stood at INR 17.99 LPA and INR 65 LPA, respectively.
The official placement statistics have not been released yet. However, the NIRF report 2024 has been released for Engineering and Management departments. As per the report, 1,199 BTech, 93 MTech, and 284 MBA students were placed during 2023 placements. The median package offered to BTech and MTech students was INR 8 LPA and INR 4.90 LPA, respectively.
