Good infrastructure, better teaching,but poor placement.

Placements: The placements were really poor. No core company came for our batch as well as for our senior batch. We were made to sit in placements for IT companies. Also, we got the reference to few companies from placement cell. Only 30 percent of the students got placed in the companies. Almost 25 percent of them got the internship, and the average stipend was 15k per month. The average salary offered was 4 lakh per anum. The highest salary offered was 6 lakh. The curriculum has to be made to provide free time for the students to do internships and gain industrial experience.

Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. The library facilities are good. We had a common library and the separate department library. Sports and games facilities are also good. We have a big playground and gym facilities inside the campus. The classrooms are spacious and projector facilities were there in every class. The lab facilities have to be improved and are not well-maintained. There are two canteens in the campus, one separate canteen for the veg food. The food provides in both the canteen is good. The hostel rooms are nice.

Faculty: The faculty were very friendly. They were helpful and supportive. All are qualified and most of them are knowledgeable. The teaching was mostly PPT based. The student-faculty ratio has to be increased. They have tried to make few changes to the curriculum yet the syllabus has to be improved and should include more practical courses in the curriculum. More important should be given for practical courses in order to make students ready to work in the industry.
