Poornima University PhD Eligibility & Highlights 2025
PhD is a minimum of three-year programme offered in two specialisations. Find below PhD specialisations along with the eligibility, selection criteria and total fee:
Selection criteria: UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE/ teacher fellowship holder/ PhD entrance test + personal interview
Eligibility: A pass in master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the master’s degree with at least 55% aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). A 45% aggregate, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, is allowed for those belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer) / Differently-Abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the commission from time to time. Candidates with MPhil degree can also apply.
