This college does a good job in the science department.
Placements: I am a physics undergraduate, and for physics, the university is good. Worth it for people who wish to stay in Punjab for a B.Sc. in Physics, as it does the job well.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn't work on campus. The library does work. The computer lab has outdated drives. The computers don't even have Wi-Fi chips in place. It's nothing bad either, since you get a good grasp of things once you are there. The classroom for B.Sc. is a little shabby, but the M.Sc. ones are better. The library is fine; you can get some books for your curriculum if you are lucky. Otherwise, you can always request them. The hostel is okay and quite smelly, though the food is terrible, honestly. Sports and games are great. Labs are okay. The building is nothing spectacular, but it does its job.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They are qualified as well as patient. If you have a doubt, go to them and ask; they won't eat you. They actually answer it 100 times. We are revised well before exams. 5/5 to the faculty members. The course is kind of relevant. Not as high and tough as PU, it's still good. Semester exams are moderate. You will need lengthy answers to get good marks, and somewhat rote-type learning. Passing is 33%, though please get at least 50%. Courses are up-to-date. Professors are really friendly, and you get a decent peer group too. You might need to rely on self-study a lot, but you may always message or text a professor to make sure that you get help; trust me, they always do.
Other: Fests are awesome here.

It has good infrastructure, facilities, good placements, and a helpful library.
Placements: Students who score above 80% marks get admission to this course. In this course, major computer Science students with their specialisation easily got internships. In this course, we study multiple subjects together, which is a very interesting thing of this course.
Infrastructure: Good facilities and infrastructure are available for the department. Classrooms and the library are available in the department. Wi-Fi facilities are also available in the department. In the computer science department, labs are also present. All facilities are available in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Teachers are also very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is the best. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Exams in this university are mostly difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I want to study both subjects together, i.e., maths and computer science. The best thing about this course is we study multiple subjects together.

The campus and faculty members are good. It provides better infrastructure at affordable fees.
Placements: More than 250 students get placed under this course in different departments like mathematics, statistics, and computer science according to students' previous class percentage and preference. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 11 LPA. This course also offers research work and is guided by top professors of the university.
Infrastructure: Different departments provide different labs and classroom facilities. Mostly every classroom has a projector for better learning and whiteboards. There are different lab classes with almost every facility. Hostels rooms are also good but need some improvement. It provides average mess food.
Faculty: Faculty members of the university are almost well-experienced and eager to help students with their problems. Most of the professors are permanent and PhD holders with NET JRF. The level of semester exams is above average. The pass percentage is different for different courses but the minimum pass percentage is 40% and above.

It is not a good college.
Placements: Placements are very poor, but our college helps students to get placed on themselves. It is a good college for long-distance students.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided are essential to stay in. Management is cooperative. Wi-Fi and labs are available. Library charges fine for late submission of books. Agriculture department is separately available. The canteen is famous for parathas.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, knowledgeable, and cooperative. Some of them are studying Ph.D. They always clear the doubts of the students.
Other: It is an average college to study in.

Dissatisfied because of the facilities provided in the college and the hostel.
Placements: The placements are good. The students are well-settled. Almost all the students had employed in the companies. 98% students got the placements. The salary was offered upto Rs. 80,000 per annum. The students who studied in this college are done post graduation with a good percentage and took degrees after the completion of their post-graduation. The students are well-settled and doing jobs with a good salary for their work.
Infrastructure: The college had a hostel facility. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel campus provided with the Wi-Fi facilities. There are many classrooms. All types of books are available in the library which is related to their course. The labs have special equipment. The food is not good. The hostel rooms are well provided with A/C rooms and non-A/C rooms.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful in studies. They are qualified. They all are having great experience in the teaching section. The way of teaching is not good. They will teach us in the lab with the equipment used, and practicals are done in labs with proper equipment in labs. They are well-educated and has good English knowledge.
Other: The college is situated 20 km far away from the city Chandigarh. The hostel is situated in the middle of the fields with good environment. The hostel facilities are not as much as good, and the food in the hostel is not good. The place where the hostel situated is named as village Chunni Kalan.

Best for the future, good infrastructure, and well educated staff.
Placements: In our course, the placement is based on skill, and companies visit our university for interview. Placement rate in my course is 50 to 60%. The highest package is about 7 to 8 LPA. This course comes under the NEP and has more advantages for future reference.
Infrastructure: Our university campus is fully covered by Wi-Fi. Water facility, electricity, and mess food are good. In the hostel, there is a mess which has different types of food items, like vegetarian and non-vegetarian. In a university campus, there are more than 25 canteens for the best quality food items and snacks. Sports infrastructure is very good, and there is a dispensary for better health infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in studies and personal life. They are well educated and qualified for center level exams. The curriculum is relevant to the course. The syllabus is well designed for industrial placement. Semester exams are according to the relevant syllabus.
Other: This course is better for the future. I wish to improve a few roads that are damaged. There are 20000+ students on campus. Tuition fees are free for students, and scholarships are given to BC and other categories.
