Scholarship 1

UGC NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR M.A. (ECONOMICS):

Ten UGC National Scholarships (4 and 6 in alternate years) of Rs. 300/- per month each will be available to the students joining M.A. Economics, Part I who have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.A./B.Com./B.A.Honors School course in Economics. The scholarship once granted to a student shall continue for the duration of the course, subject to his/her satisfactory performance, securing at least 55% marks in Part I and good conduct.

Departmental Merit Scholarships:

Scholarships of the value of Rs. 500- each per month, are available for the post-graduate courses B.Pharm., B.Tech. and LL.B. in the University Teaching Departments (wherever applicable) .The details are under:

1) Each course will have a minimum of one scholarship. That will be given on merit basis.
2)The departmental merit scholarship will be granted to the student admitted at the top in order of merit. In the subsequent year(s), it will be awarded on the basis of the result of the annual examination, provided that the duration of the course is more than one year.
3)Scholarship will be disbursed on quarterly basis through the Head of the Department who will prepare the bill(s) and will give an attestation that the attendance and conduct of the scholarship awardee/claimant during that period was satisfactory.

Good infrastructure and supportive staff.

Placements: My college is not so famous, but I can say more than average. If I am talking about placements, then not so many, but 3-4 companies came to the college for placement, and some of my classmates got jobs.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is best. There is so much garden greenery. One drawback in my college is that there is no Wi-Fi in the college, and also not in the hostel. If I am talking about food, then it is also average, not so good, not so bad. Can be eaten and survive.

Faculty: As I already told you about the staff of my college, the staff is supportive and good, but as we know, some of the teachers are not so bad, but also not so good. But apart from this, teachers help you a lot with everything. This college makes students industry-ready.

Other: I chose B Pharmacy because I want to be in the medical field.

It is a good college for nature lovers.

Placements: Yearly, a job fair is conducted, and staff members will help to get internship offers. Nearly 30 to 50 students get admitted every year in every course through entrance exams and the counseling process. Overall, above average, and mostly all members in a batch get a job.

Infrastructure: The campus has full Wi-Fi. It is full of nature with trees on all sides. It is good for photography. The hostel is good with neat rooms. The food is better. The library has books for all entrance exams, like NEET, GATE, government exams, etc. Classrooms are also good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is better. The course curriculum is relevant, and it is helpful if we study it entirely. Semester exams are slightly difficult and differ in papers. The pass percentage is above 40%. Teachers help students, which is good.

Placements: In this college, 40 to 50% of students are placed from campus, but students who are in interviews with full knowledge have the highest package offer in this college of 10 LPA. Many students are not placed from this college, and skills are required to get placed in top companies like Google, Accenture, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities of this college include a van facility for students who are from different places, and the infrastructure of this college is good. The college is a fully AC campus with libraries, classrooms, etc. Wi-Fi is available on this campus, and the food facilities are good in the hostel. Sports are good.

Faculty: Teachers of this college are helpful, like the principal and mentors. They are well qualified and knowledgeable about courses and provide different opportunities to build a great career in the future.
