Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) 

at Quantum University, Roorkee

The primary eligibility criteria, which is required by the university to get admissions into BPharm courses, is that candidates must have completed their Class 12 with Physics + Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following: Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology. Additionally, candidates must have achieved a minimum aggregate of 50%. For lateral-entry admission to BPharm, candidates must have ensured that they have completed a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) with an aggregate of 45%. 

The admission process for admissions to the BPharm course is based on merit, which the university evaluates on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12 or last qualifying examination. 

Quantum University/ Quantum School of Health Science is not directly under the Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET). Additionally, the eligibility criteria for admissions to BPharm courses is that candidates must complete their Class 12 from Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 45%, and the acceptance of CUET UG scores is not mentioned on the official website of the university. 

However,  Quantum University does offer scholarships based on CUET performance for admissions into various undergraduate programmes, including BPharm.

At the time of filling out the application form online or at the time of appearing in the college. Candidates are required to carry certain types of documents; some are in their original form and some are in hard copy. Check out the names of the important documents for admissions to BPharm courses at Quantum University: 

• Class 10 Mark Sheet and Certificates (for DOB verification)
• Class 12 Mark Sheet 
• Graduation Mark Sheet 
• Domicile Certificate, etc. 

The first semester of the BPharm course at Quantum University includes subjects that are closely related to Pharmacy and create a base for the students to build an understanding. Some of the subjects offered in the first semester are: 

• Human Anatomy and Physiology
• Pharmaceutical Analysis
• Pharmaceutics
• Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry, etc.

Quantum University/ Quantum School of Health Science might not consider the scores of CUET UG for admissions to the BPharm course. Getting into Quantum University can be tough, but it is not impossible. The university has a competitive admissions process, and the acceptance rate is typically around 50 percent. Admission to any of the programs at Quantum is based on merit. She or he must be a 10+2 pass candidate for taking admission in any of the UG Programs and have a minimum of 55 percent in graduation for all the PG Programs As the first step, students need to register with the university and deposit a registration fee of INR 1000 along with the duly filled-out registration form. Registered students are then invited for admission to various programs on the basis of their merit.
