Quantum University BTech is a four-year undergraduate degree courses, divided into eight semesters and offered full-time. The essential eligibility criteria required by the university to get admission into BTech courses is candidates must complete their Class 12 from the Science stream with an aggregate of 50% to 55%. The BTech courses are offered in 13 specialisations, and the university offers lateral-entry admission into BTech courses in 10 specialisations. Moreover, Quantum University also offers integrated BTech + MBA courses for the duration of five years, divided into ten semesters. Quantum University BTech admission is entrance-based. Merit in the University Entrance Exam (Q-CARE), IITJEE (Mains), and State Level Entrance Exams shall be given preference. In addition, for lateral-entry courses, the merit in the University Entrance Exam (Q-CARE) and State Level Entrance Exams shall be given preference. The university also offers scholarships to students on the basis of their scores in the Q-CARE entrance exam.

Quantum University BTech course admissions are based on entrance examination scores.
