I am satisfied with college because I learned a lot more skills and the library is open 24X7.
Placements: Top recruiting companies visit our campus. The highest salary package offered is 32 LPA. The university is doing its best to get more companies.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good. The quality of food in the mess is average. Sports and games are excellent. Wi-Fi is good. There is an auditorium where you can go and watch anything.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and well-qualified. You have to maintain attendance. Exams are average. You can easily qualify for the exam if you attend every class. The course is as per the curriculum they passed at the start of the semester.

Review of Rayat and Bahra Institute of Engineering and Bio-Technology.
Placements: Placements for our batch were not much good compared to our senior batches. Mostly, the companies offered call centre profiles and low salary packages. They give us jobs by taking some amount from us for security. The college has a placement cell, but it didn't help us much.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The campus has an open area with greenery in abundance. Bus facilities were available for pick and drop. Food served in the cafeteria and mess was good. Classrooms were well-ventilated. Labs have the equipment required for our projects. We were satisfied with it.
Faculty: Faculty members were good. They were very helpful both in professional and personal ways. They will try to go out of their way to help the students. I am not much satisfied with the course. We were not able to understand lots of subjects because of the bad teaching procedure. Practical exposure to the subjects was not provided.
Other: Our college stands at the top in conducting fests and events. A lot of events, college fests and science fests were organised once or twice each semester. Most of the students try to participate in it and enjoy.

Rayat and Bahra university ( Mohali campus ) review.
Placements: Well I graduated in 2014, so I can only talk about the scenario which was back in 2014. Only IT companies used to visit our campus. That too about 4-5 companies. I was fortunate enough to be placed in the very first company to visit, which was UST Global.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise the college had a foorball ground. Good canteens, Labs aligned with the specializations and had the latest industry machinery. In house stationary shops help you with last minute photocopies and printouts. Overall the campus is neat and clean which was very well maintained.
Faculty: The course curriculum was at par with other engineering colleges. There were 8 semesters in all and each semester having around 7-8 subjects. Emphasis was given ti theoretical as well as practical learning. Talking about faculty, well some of them were really qualified, good and some not that good. Industry exposure was one thing which I suppose the college could do better in. The course curriculum was definitely useful but then again only to those whi really wanted to learn and had interests in the given subjects. At the end I would suggest to first see if you really are interested in engineering? Only after that think about the college.

It is a good college with a good return on investment.
Placements: Placements in our college are good as most of the students get placed. But the preference was given to the PG students, not to the UG students. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, etc., visited the campus to recruit students. Teachers train the students to crack the interviews conducted by companies.
Infrastructure: The college is spread over a huge area, and the arena is good. There is a separate lab for each department. Classrooms are well ventilated, and everyone will enjoy the classroom environment. The college provides free Wi-Fi facility for students. Students can enjoy sports and play games on the ground. There is a huge cafeteria in the college where students enjoy their food and snacks in their free time.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and supportive. They also conduct additional classes for weak students. All the faculty members are educated and have good knowledge in their respective field. They use good methods to teach students so that students can understand easily.
Other: Every year, the college conducts annual fest and many events where students enjoy a lot and showcase their talents. Apart from that, the college also conducts an industrial visit.

Placements in 2015 were quite good.
Placements: Many companies like Wipro, Sapient, Ericsson, Aon Hewitt, etc., visited the campus to offer placements to our batch. Around 50% of the students were placed in different companies. Mainly, IT companies visited the campus and students were placed as software engineers in coding and testing fields. There was a placement cell too which helped us in preparing for placements.
Infrastructure: The college is surrounded by lush green grounds where any sport can be played. The college has multiple 2-storeyed buildings. There was a separate building for labs with proper equipment and apparatus. A canteen and shops were available on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were quite young and lacked experience in teaching. Otherwise, the staff members were helpful. They used traditional teaching methods. The student to teacher ratio was around 50:1. We did not get any industry exposure. The course curriculum was a bit helpful.
