Best college for M.Tech Evaluation and Building.
Placements: Good placement, compared to other colleges, for our course. In our class, 80% got placed, and the remaining students pursued higher studies. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. Top hiring companies include Reliance Industries, MAIA Estate, and L&T Construction. We all secured internships from our college with a stipend, and mostly regional Nashik real estate companies hired interns. The top role offered is Senior Landscaped Architect.
Infrastructure: College has world-class standard infrastructure, a big campus with unlimited free internet, fresh water, and free course subscription facilities. Digital and traditional classrooms are available in the college. The hostel is decent, with affordable rates for decent food quality. There is a big playground on campus for sports lovers.
Faculty: Faculty are very supportive and helpful. We have weekly survey sessions in which practicals are conducted, and the faculty tries their best to teach us. The course is available in very few colleges, and our college is among the top colleges that provide this course, making students industry-ready. Semester exams follow a pattern where each semester includes class tests, mid-sem, and end-sem exams.
Other: I choose this course because I had interest in architecture.
