Aspirants must have passed Class 12th examination (Pre-University Board Examination) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks

Any State Board / Central Board should have recognised the same

The student should have a fundamental knowledge of computers and programming

Candidate should have passed HSC (Std. XII) State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects(optional subjects are Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology & Technical Vocational)

Aspirants must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of Backward Class candidates) in any one of the optional subjects

Q:   What is the final selection process for the qualifying candidates of SU JEE?
A: 

After the result of SU JEE is declared, the qualifying candidates will have to appear for the counselling process held at the University. The exam conducting authority will also release its cutoff ranks, based on which the test takers will be shortlisted for the counselling rounds. Once this process is complete, the candidates will be allotted seats.

Q:   I have appeared for my class 12th board exam this year but have not received the result. Do I fulfil the SU JEE eligibility criteria?
A: 

As per the SU JEE eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed their class 12th examination or any equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in aggregate. Additionally, candidates must have also passed their class 12th examination with English as one of the compulsory subjects.

Since you have not received your class 12th result yet, it's difficult to say if you fulfil the eligibility criteria or not. However, if you have appeared for your exam and are expecting your results soon, you can check the eligibility criteria and see if you meet the necessary qualifications.

Q:   I have opted for the Science stream in Class 12 but my subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Biology instead of PCM. Am I eligible for SU JEE?
A: 

Yes. You are eligible to apply for SU JEE. Based on the SU JEE scoe you will be given admission to pharmacy course. The subject required for pharmacy course are Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You cannot apply for the engineering course at Sandip University.

SUJEE 2025 Admission Process

Step 1: Apply for SU JEE 2025 Online (OR) Purchase the SU JEE application form from the designated centres / University Office.

Candidates can apply for SU JEE 2025 on the official website or collect the SU JEE application form from the University. 

Students can obtain the application forms from the University's office by paying cash of Rs. 750 /- or demand draft drawn in the favour of "Sandip University". Aspirants are required to write their Name, Father’s Name, Contact Number, and Course at the back of the DD.

Aspirants can also download the prospectus and the application fee from the website. They need to pay Rs. 750 /- while submitting the application form.

Step 2: Submit the duly filled Application Form

After filling in the required details, aspirants need to submit the SUJEE application form at any of the centres / University offices. If a student has appeared for any of the national exams like JEE/UPSEE/CAT/MAT/SAT/GMAT/ENAT/EMAT, they would be required to submit the scores of the same.

Step 3: Appear for SU JEE and GDPI

After successfully submitting the application form, aspirants need to appear for SU JEE. Admissions to Non-Professional Courses are done on a merit basis. For some courses, aspirants will also have to appear for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.

Step 4: Check SU JEE results

SU JEE results will be declared on the official website of the University. The result will have a candidate's merit position, score-card with total marks, and marks obtained in each subject.

Step 5: Complete all the admission formalities and deposit the requisite fee.

Once aspirants are selected, they need to complete all the admission formalities and deposit the requisite fee. The fee can be paid Demand Draft / Cheque / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking at the fee counter.

Step 6: Commencement of classes

After all the admission modalities are complete, the class commencement schedule will be published on the notice board and/or the university website.
