In my point of view sastra is the best. With respect to education, facilities, security, merit, competition, placements. Everything is good.

It's difficult to get into Sastra University with your ranks. In case if you have a chance you will get aerospace or bio engineering.

It's impossible to get CSE with your score in sastra.
