If you are from Tamil Nadu board you have 50% reservation. But it's hard to get CSE with your score. If you are Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana student, to get CSE under stream 2 you need to have score of 985 and above.

You have to mention IPE score for 1000. If you want Information technology your Ipe score has to be 975 and above range with your Mains percentile under stream 1.
