The application fee for the MBBS programme at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences is as follows:

For candidates who are SC/ST: Rs 2,500
Candidates who are PIO, OCI, or NRI: Rs 5,000

SIMATS Chennai admission process is based on both entrance test and merit list set by the university. To apply for UG courses, candidates must have atleast passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with 50% aggregate. For admission to UG courses, candidates must appear NEET-UG exam conducted by NTA. 

Admission to MBBS, BTech, MBA, M.Tech courses is done on the basis of NEET-UG, TNEA, TANCET, GATE exams respectively.
