 Yes, Sharda University BCA admission is completely entrance-based. The university conducts Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) for admission to its UG & PG courses. To qualify for this entrance exam, candidates are required to obtain minimum 35% aggregate in the entrance exam. This exam is conducted in an online mode. To appear for SUAT, candidates who passed Class 12 and are results awaited may apply. Yes, Sharda University has an in-house entrance exam of its own. The university conducts Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) for admission to all of its UG and PG courses. This entrance exam is valid for UG and PG courses from all the streams such as Management, Engineering, Science, etc. It is mandatory to qualify for this entrance along with fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to any of the course. But students who apply with a valid score of some respective national-level entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, ATMA, GATE, JEE, etc., shall be exempted from SUAT. Yes, candidates can fill out the CAT application form on one day and pay the fee on another day, as it is not mandatory to register for the CAT exam, fill out the application form, or pay the fee in one go. The registration and application window will remain open for candidates who have registered for the exam and created an ID until the last date of form submission. The applicant can log in and check/fill/edit the CAT application form anytime during the form-filling period. Only the phone number and email ID will not be editable once registration is complete. However, candidates need to submit the CAT form and application fee before the deadline to be eligible to appear for the exam.
