In order to provide equal educational opportunities to students, SNU Chennai provides scholarships to Meritorious students from all backgrounds. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria predefined for a scholarship to avail it. The reward for each scholarship also varies. | Walk-in-Walk-out Scholarships | As long as the students don't have any backlogs, the top ten rank holders of any State Board or Central Board of Examination at the Plus Two level are eligible to pursue UG programmes at Shiv Nadar University Chennai with tuition fees waived for the entire duration of the programme. |
| Sports Scholarships | Students with good athletic credentials are given Sports Scholarships. These scholarships are typically available to students who have competed in events at the national and international levels. |
| Merit Scholarships | This scholarship is valid for all the courses offered at the university. For freshers, the scholarship is awarded based on scores in SNUCEE. Additionally, seniors can get this scholarship based on marks secured in the preceding year's examinations. |
| Merit-cum-Means Scholarships | First-generation students whose family's yearly income is less than three lakh rupees will receive scholarships every year based on Merit-cum-Means. If the recipient of the scholarship does not have any backlogs, 75% of the tuition fee will be waived. |

Placements: Top recruiting companies are Motorq, Google, Amazon, PayPal, and other companies. Roles offered are web developer, SDE, and data scientist. The highest package is upto 1 crore per annum which depends on the skills and projects done by the student. Seniors from my university got internships at Google and PayPal.
Placements: Since this is the first year of college, and the first batch went out, placements are okay, and they will increase in the upcoming years. This college will become one of the top colleges in Tamil Nadu. It may take time, but it will grow and become a strong competitor to SSN College, which is generally its sister college.
Placements: Around 60 to 70% of students were placed in Shiv Nadar University Chennai. In the aid branch, most of the students got placed with the highest package last year by Paypal of 1.2 crores. The highest package as of now is 1.2 CPA. The average is 7.5 LPA. The lowest as of now is 6.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies in our course are Wipro, Paypal, and Mahindra. Top roles offered are security architect, etc. Around 70% of students got internships from our course.
Placements: You can't really say too much about the placements at SNUC because no one's actually been placed yet. However, if it's anything like SSN's placements ( which is what they've promised ) then it would definitely have to be considered one of the better universities in Tamil Nadu.
Placements: As it is a new campus, official placements are not yet started. Compared to SSN College Chennai, placements are very good. Many top companies like Amazon, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc., are coming to the SSN campus, and the same recruiting companies come to SNU Chennai too.
Placements: We are technically the first batch (2025 batch), so we can not predict placements. I rate placements with 4 stars. But the placement team of SNUC would be the same team which handles the SSN, so whatever companies visit SSN would visit SNU. Apart from that, some more companies would visit SNU. It is atleast what the university claims.

The total fee for BCom at SNU Chennai is INR 6.75 lakh, which includes the tuition fee for all academic years. Other charges such as refundable caution deposit (one-time) & admission fee (one-time) are also payable at the time of admission.
