Library: SGRRU is well-equipped with three library and information resource centres, along with more than 30 departmental libraries. The university libraries are housed in a 5097 sq. m. area and consist of an adequately rich collection of over 91000 books. The libraries own subscriptions to more than 210 national and international print journals in the field of medicine, pharmacy, management, applied sciences, social sciences etc.

Hostel: There are eight separate hostels, for boys and girls to accommodate more than 2000 students. There is also a clean mess area available. The dormitories are under the constant supervision of a warden, caretaker, and alert security personnel.

Sports: The university has open playgrounds for outdoor activities like cricket, football, tracks for athletics, along with basketball courts, volleyball courts etc. Our indoor sports facility also has two gymnasiums. The sports facilities (indoor and outdoor) include table tennis, carom, chess, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, a playfield for track and field events, yoga, meditation and a gymnasium on the campus.
