The workshops are regularly held for better industrial exposure.

Placements: The placement cell of SRMU is quite good and active. Many students got placement in renowned research and Biotech industries.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. There are well-equipped central library and departmental library. Labs are also well-equipped and in good condition. Canteens are good. Classrooms are good and presentation rooms are there for better teaching and learning process. Medical facilities are excellent.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified, knowledgeable and their teaching style is excellent. Teachings through models, presentations and guest lectures make good impressions on our minds and workshops are regularly held for better industrial exposure. The curriculum is well planned for industrial exposure.

Other: Campus life at SRMU us excellent. The programs like seminars, conferences, annual fest, fresher's parties, dandiya night and holi celebration (Rang Base) are amazing.

Crowd and campus life is great, along with the infrastructure.

Placements: Placement percentage is about 20 to 30%. Average salary for which students were placed was 12 Lacs per annum. Research scientists, research scholars, and other job profiles are offered in my course. The highest package offered was 25 lacks per annum, and the lowest was about 5 Lacs per annum. Companies like genpact, and many other pharmaceutical companies take up students from our college during campus placements.

Infrastructure: Overall labs are good. The life Science lab has all its basic requirements and the equipments for the biotechnology experiments. Wi-Fi service is also available and is quite useful. Library contains all the necessary books and literature, being it research or review article or any other type of journal. Hostel's food are quite good and the basic facilities are available.

Faculty: Professors here at our university are great. They are very good at teaching and have quite good knowledge of their area. Ofcourse they are knowledgeable. Teaching quality here is great. The course curriculum is relevant too. It's sufficient for any student to get job in any area of their interest.

Other: I had decided to do my post graduation in Biotechnology because it's the area of my interest. This subject deals with the use of life Science or biology to create techniques that are useful for mankind. Events and fests are organised in our college more often. The annual university Fest, Anubhuti, is really something.
