I am satisfied from there facilities and infrastructure but placements needs improvements.
Placements: For core branches the companies are not coming but placements in EC, CS IT major recruiter is TCS. Year by year there placement records goes on decreasing. It is horrible situation they need to take some strong steps in case of core branches placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is outstanding they have proper labs and machinery in working conditions. They are also developing there infrastructure. They have properly maintained cad labs and computer labs working on the latest and updated versions. Revit, stadpro, CATIA and AUTOCAD every software training is given by them. They have LINUX and the latest windows versions for coding language practice. They also have MATLABS. Overall it is satisfactory.
Faculty: I don't like there course curriculum they just copied the mix patterns of different popular University in world and put in one format. They follow CBCS system In which they don't allow us to recheck our copy in any situation. And due to which we are not able to find the actual marks we got. No doubts some faculty members are best but some need to replaced. Few are very supportive. Overall faculty is okay type Course curriculum need to be revised.
Other: Events. Their are lots of events organised in there campus every year. Cultural fest-SPANDAN one of the popular fest in Indore city. Startup weekend-Udhyamaita very much support for upcoming entrepreneurs. Navarachana- national project making competition they are providing winners upto rs50000 cash prizes. Spradha- national level sports competition. And many more in the list. The college is on Indore Ujjain highway so it's connectivity is best. Campus crowd is about 70000 including our faculty members. They are developing there campus believe me it is going to be best in Indore area.

It is an average college which provides everything that you will need.
Placements: Talking about the civil engineering stream, placements are nearly negligible in our college. Not even a single core company of our branch visited our college for campus drive. Only the civil students were allowed to sit in some of the marketing based companies that were open to all, even there are some of the MBA candidates participating in the drive. So, the thing is, placements are zero for civil engineering in our college. They were not even able to manage a good internship for us, that too was done on our own.
Infrastructure: Now our college is being transformed into a university, its infrastructure is also taking a good shape. But, talking about the current state, it doesn't even look like a small university. Even some colleges in Indore have a bigger structure than our college. The existing library is also very small with very less capacity of sitting arrangement, and books are also not available properly. Classrooms don't have a great atmosphere to study. The labs are also not up to the mark. There is not a proper ground for us. Canteen is also very small.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are above average I can say. Some teachers are very talented here who really supports students, understands their problems, helps to solve them, guide students to a proper way and also they have excellent technical knowledge. Classes are regularly conducted, and each subject has a variety of teachers, so there is no problem such as a shortage of teachers. It is RGPV affiliated college (up to 2019 batch), so it ought to follow RGPV's syllabus, which gives very little practical exposure.
Other: Talking about events and fests, as it is a university now, they are very much active in this zone. Every month, some new conference or model competition or art exhibition or any cultural activity etc. is conducted by them. Students are also very active in this segment of the college. Connectivity of the college is also proper with the city as it has good transportation facilities with many buses. Scholarships are also provided category wise as per the government rules.

Good faculty and infrastructure (campus is too extended now).
Placements: There are no placements for civil engineers directly from the college campus in civil field. But, the students can appear in other branches' placement interviews. There is a placement cell in the college, they give students the proper guidance about the placement and companies that they can appear for an interview. There are many students from civil branch getting placed in good construction companies by directly appearing for the interview at the company centres.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Vaishnav College is well designed. There is a separate building for every branch. There is a big canteen in the college campus. There is a sports complex for the students to play tennis, football, cricket, basketball (special court for basketball). The new buildings are been constructed too currently and increased the campus area too. There are 4-5 labs in every branch of the college for different subjects. The college has a big library in the main block of the college campus.
Faculty: Every branch has a head of the department (H.O.D). Around 25 faculty members work for every branch. Every single lab has separate lab assistant. The teachers have a master degree in engineering. The H.O.D of the civil department has done PhD on the water resource. The classes are conducted on a regular basis (Monday to Friday). The faculty members can call for an extra class on Saturday. The college is opened on Saturday just for clearing students' doubts, and staff works.
Other: The are many events being organised by the college and the students also work for events as volunteers, committee head, event head, etc. The events are like Spandan which has DJ, music concert, standup comedy by known YouTubers, dance completion, fashion show, at Navrachna, Warangal, etc. The college is situated out of the city,

The college is getting down nowadays. They are not giving quality education. Placement is okay.
Placements: The placements are good only for CS and IT students. The college has no placements for civil engineering students, so civil engineering students don't know what to do after degree. So, this needs to be improved. In the name of placements, they call TCS company to the college. The students selected in TCS have to wait because of much crowd in TCS, so students face disappointment there.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The college is providing good facilities including library, sports, games, but there is no Wi-Fi in the college. Canteen provides good food at a reasonable price, there is no problem with the canteen food. The medical facilities are less, and labs lack machines and instruments.
Faculty: The good faculty members are very less, and they are busy in doing their own work. Some teachers are not good at teaching because they have a lack of experience. The faculty are very less in the civil department, so students bunk most of their classes and some teachers have only a bachelors degree, and they are teaching here.
Other: The college conducts good events. There are a lot of events for the students who want to participate. The college gives a lot of opportunities to the young talent.

Think twice before you choose this college.
Placements: There are apparently not much placement options for core branches like CE and electrical. There are some placement opportunities for ME. If you are from CS/IT/EC, you have a good chance of fetching an average package of 3.4 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Placement cell is working upon this though. A major recruiter is TCS.
Infrastructure: The college has been recently converted into a university. A lot of infrastructural changes are on the cards. The college has average facilities when it comes to sports. Labs are well furnished and equipped. CE department has CAD lab which is even better than most of the CS/IT labs.
Faculty: The faculty members are average. The minimum criteria for hiring a faculty is masters degree. So, they are M.Tech degree holders but don’t expect much. The quality of education is still average. The curriculum is almost same as all other universities around India, with not much innovation or diversity.
Other: The college conducts a lot of events all around the year. It also conducts the annual fest 'Spandan'. Don’t expect much from the college events. Neither the students nor the management is worth it.

Overall, our college was good. They provide us with all facilities which were required.
Placements: I thank our placement department for providing this opportunity to appear in pool placement drive connected with IBM, TCS, WIPRO, SYSTANGO, IMPETUS. The placements for the session was average around 40-50%. The company with the highest salary package was SYSTANGO, 5.25 LPA per annum, and 2.25 LPA was the lowest package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and well maintained. The labs are highly equipped. The classrooms are also good with Wi-Fi facilities. There is also a library with huge collection of books related to the syllabus as well as for competitive exams. Though I was locally based, some of my friends live in the hostel, they were satisfied with the food and other facilities. The quality of food in the canteen was average.
Faculty: The faculty was fine, and they were quite concentrated to develop the fundamental and basics. I found them strict towards the code of conduct of the college. All the faculty members were highly qualified in their fields. The course structure is as per RGPV university which followed by all colleges. The faculty wouldn't provide sessions if you don't work hard.
Other: The college fest is the place where you have chance to show your talent. This includes the sports week, Dj night, Dandiya night and many other activities.

It is an average place to find your dreams.
Placements: It completely depends on your potential to get placed. You will get a chance for open as well as pool campus, apart from college placements. The core companies don't recruit the students from civil engineering. It is better to take coaching for government sector or to look out for GATE. The packages offered by the other companies are not good.
Infrastructure: You won't find good infrastructure, but it is on the process to have within 2 years. Sports facilities you won't find library is good. The labs are good to look for practical knowledge, and they take you for tours. Blocks are individual for every stream. The management isn't helpful. The fests are now organised as per national level, and international DJ comes to our college.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified as well as few are just there for their preparation so they won't be professional teachers for you. You have to prepare on your own, and labs are good for practical knowledge. The teachers won't make you up to competitive level. They just focus to get qualified for the exams and RGPV is just like studying few days before the exam.

Was a great college but is degrading day by day.
Placements: A few students from civil engineering got placed in TCS at 3.3 LPA though a few of them got placed at various local level construction firms at 1.2 LPA to 1.5 LPA. The positions presented were that of junior engineer and site supervisor. The students have to search for their own internship, college doesn't take responsibility for internships.
Infrastructure: A whole block is dedicated to the departments with good labs for various subjects. The college campus has a good canteen and a quite big open area for various purposes such as fests, sports and etc. The campus looks like an old temple from outside and looks good.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful but not much experienced though the senior faculty members are not at all dedicated and the HOD doesn't care about the students of the department. There's no way of teaching and no industry exposure, the curriculum is good enough but one has to study by him or herself.
Other: Yearly Techno cultural Fest, yearly sports meet, quarterly departmental meets and fests
