Maintaining the legacy of Fire Technology and Safety Engineering Placements.
Placements: Almost 95% or more students of B.Tech Fire Technology and Safety Engineering get placements through campus placements. Many PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings) such as IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited), GAIL (Gas Authority India Limited), construction companies like TATA Projects, L&T, KEC International, and chemical companies like United Phosphorus Limited visit the campus for placement drives. Students are typically selected for roles such as Safety Officer or Fire Officer. The highest package was offered to 7 students, with the average package being about 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is fantastic, providing all basic facilities for students. There are designated areas for creativity, such as the Student Section and Library. The only drawback is the lack of a boys' hostel on campus; however, there are several hostels available outside the college premises. A girls' hostel is available on campus with all basic facilities.
Faculty: Professors are very well-qualified and provide complete conceptual clarity on all topics. The course curriculum is highly relevant and develops industry-demanded skills and knowledge. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and students can score above a 7 CGPA if they start studying a week before the exams.
Other: This course is not very well-known, so the competition is less, and there is a growing demand for professionals in the industry due to reforms in the Factories Act and government norms. The Fire Technology and Safety Engineering branch has significant potential now and in the future. Various events are organized, including the National Tech Fest for this branch, Swaranjali for all branches, and branch-specific international conferences. Many extra-curricular activities like NCC, NSS, and NSO are also available for students.

Review of IPS Academy, Indore.
Placements: About 95% of students were placed in my passout year studying fire and safety. The highest salary package offered was 17.5 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Indian oil, Vedanta, Shapouri, and reliance are top recruiting companies. More than 75% of students get an opportunity for internships in good companies. The top roles are deputy/chief fire and safety officer.
Infrastructure: There is a complete fire ground for students of our course which consist of fire tenders, extinguishers, hydrants, and other equipment. Apart from this, there are different hurdles to practice. College provides good facilities in the hostel and especially mess for everyone. It consists of a library, swimming pool, gym area, and laundry services.
Faculty: Teachers in college are very friendly and helpful. They have great knowledge in this field, theoretical as well as practical. They also help students in extracurricular activities and make them ready for the industry after college life. College-held exams are very easy, one can pass at 33% minimum if they have attended classes.
Other: It is a very different and interesting course with more practical, so I chose it. College held different competitions for students and also annual cultural events are held.

College is excellent and worth every penny.
Placements: The placement percentage is 60%. Top companies Reliance, Vedanta, IOCL. The highest package is 16LPA. All Multinational companies come to take placement. Most of the companies are well reputed and possess a good place in society. The role offered is mainly fire officer, Sub fire officer, and health and safety officer.
Infrastructure: All books are present in adequate quantity. Hostels are present for girls with the best infrastructure. Great canteen and mess food. The campus is provided with proper lighting, fans, and sitting arrangements. The library is provided with computers and the internet. Labs are provided with adequate apparatus.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. Semester examinations are moderate if you attend the classes you will score well. All teachers have at least an M.Tech degree or a Ph.D. The curriculum which is being taught is the best curriculum to be provided by any fire and safety institution.
Other: The course includes both physical and theoretical knowledge.

I think placement are good, but in th pandemic situation are different.
Placements: In my batch total around 180 students, I am currently in 4th year, and till now only 2 students are placed, in 2021 batch around 45 students are placed out of 150, placement are good till 2018 but in this pandemic slightly the effect we see on industries.
Infrastructure: Yes IES IPS ACADEMY provides an excellent library facility you will often SEE some other important facilities provided by our institute like e- library, ips academy doesn't provide Wi-Fi facilities to the students, I think this is only for faculty members.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good in nature and support students to their carries and in Semester exams, yes this course is unique if compare to other branches like CS me, EC and ce, and I think this course is like fourth line of defense, Semester exam now done by institute because this is now an Autonomous institution.

Our college is very best in placements and study.
Placements: About 70% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered in our course was $ 56,000 per annum, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 7 LPA. Indian Oil and Reliance are the top recruiting companies for our course. About 100% of the students got internships from our course and in many companies like Reliance, Indian Oil and many more. Top roles offered are fire officer, fire manager, safety engineer and safety officer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are available in our course/department. There are many labs, a library and many more things. The quality of food served is the best in the canteen. There are many sports in IPS Academy, and many games like judo, basketball, etc., are played here.
Faculty: Faculty members here are well-educated, very helpful and qualified. They are knowledgeable, and they teach us very nicely. The course is very good. Semester exams are difficult, and when you study, you will pass. The pass percentage is 33% of marks. Students should study hard to pass the semester exams.
Other: I chose this course because it offers me to survey the nation. The best thing is that I survey the nation and protect public and private property. Scholarships should be provided. Events are conducted.

I am dissatisfied because of poor placements this year.
Placements: Placements in the current year were poor as compared to previous years. Only 18 out of 150 students are placed due to pandemic All though the average placement in this branch is about 50. Reputated companies like IOCL, L&T, and Jindal steel visited campus this year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good but our department is very poorly managed. There is no Wi-Fi facility. The sports facility is good but there is a scope of improvement in our section. The library is good but classes are poorly managed. There is no proper hygiene management in the FTSE section. There is good ground and lab for performing experiments.
Faculty: There are only two to three good faculty members available in our FTSE branch. Almost all the teachers are old failed students of the same college. The curriculum is well-planned. Our college has poor faculty members.
Other: Only a few fests are held in the engineering section.

The placements for fire technology and safety are good, as top companies of India visit the college.
Placements: In the last 2 years, less than 50% of students got placed. The highest package offered in fire and safety branch is 9 LPA, and the lowest package is less than 4 LPA. Reliance India, Maruti Suzuki, Vedanta, Dr Reddy's, etc., companies come here. Only 60% of students got internships in Reliance India, Gail India etc.
Infrastructure: There are good internet facilities in classrooms and labs.
There is no boys hostel on campus. A mess is available, and it provides good quality food. Sports facilities are good. Medical facilities are good. The canteen is good.
Faculty: In the fire technology and safety department, the teachers are very knowledgeable and well qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and students are made industry-ready. The teachers provide some knowledge about the industry and share their experiences with us. The college also conducts industrial visits for students.
Other: I chose it because it is the only good college for fire technology and safety engineering. The best thing about this course is that it provides lots of opportunities. Many activities are conducted in our college.

Placements were good till 2018, and the infrastructure is also good.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students from our college got placed, and 10% of the students from outer sources got placed. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 11 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Reliance Industries, Indraprastha Gas Limited, Union Phosphorus Limited and Prism Cement. Top roles offered to the students are a junior manager and graduate engineer trainee. About 10% of the students got an internship in Reliance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good with classrooms, building, labs and library. Wi-Fi is average in our college. The hostel was average as described by our classmates. Food served in mess and canteen was above par. Medical facilities are good, and facilities for sports and games are the best which you will find in Indore.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in our college are M.Tech in industrial safety and help to guide you. Some senior faculty members have tremendous knowledge of the subject and help you with bookish knowledge in industries. The course is designed for the best possible way to make students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because apart from high salaries and good jobs, it provides a wide sector of jobs and entrepreneurship scope. Some faculty members and industry-related experience for students can make this course excellent.
