My College Review on Shiksha.
Placements: Maximum students were placed. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest is around 3.5 LPA. Schneider Electric, L&T, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, CTS, etc., are the companies that hired. Every student got an internship in companies like KCP, NIT Andhra Pradesh, IIT Tirupati, etc. Roles offered were hardware engineer, associate software engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are good. The infrastructure is very good, and the environment is pleasant. The food is good, and the menu changes every day. A doctor visits the campus hostel every day at 5 pm. Sports are always encouraged, and competitions are conducted between different branches and are awarded.
Faculty: The faculty is good and supportive. They encourage more participation inside and outside the college. The courses range from easy to difficult. Labs give practical knowledge. It is easy to pass in semester-end exams, but difficult to write supply exams. The pass percentage is almost 90%.
Other: Every year, in the month of February-March, the college fest (AFOSEC) is celebrated, and after that, Annual Day is celebrated. Department-wise fests are held. Flash mobs in the college and other public places for publicity of events are arranged. Students are allowed in the library only with a college ID. It contains a lot of books, journals, etc. We can take 4 books per month and have to return them in 15 days. Our college has different clubs for different activities, which include technical and non-technical clubs.

Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Siddhartha College.
Placements: Electrical and electronics engineering has a lot of government job opportunities. This course’s placements are more compared to the rest. Out of 150, 60 students get placed during the campus placements. Infosys, Thermal Power, VTPS and KCP are top companies offering internship trainings.
Infrastructure: My EEE department’s infrastructure is very good with all the facilities being provided to the students. Wi-Fi, labs and a library having all the types of books are available. In hostel, good food is provided to us. Medical facilities are also available for all the hostelers. Sports and games are also available for all the students.
Faculty: The teaching quality is very nice here and the faculty performs very well. The teachers are very helpful towards us in this course. The curriculum is very relevant, and the students are made ready for industrial visits by the faculty. By the end of the semester, the syllabus becomes a burden to us. It’s hard to study and learn all the subjects in the course. The passing percentage is very good.
Other: I am from the passing out batch of this year. I chose this course because it had both hardware and software job opportunities available. The things we learn in this course include improved core subjects and better knowledge. My college fests, events, crowd, campus surroundings, scholarships, extra curricular activities are all organized for the students to participate in our college.
