The PG-level course is offered across nine specialisations such as MBA in Finance, HR, Marketing, Systems, Operations, Project, Quality, Banking, and International Business. The programme curriculum is spread across four semesters and conducts regular training and development programmes for Government officers, professional managers, and students. SMU also offers an MBA as a dual degree and an integrated degree such Integrated BCA + MBA, Integrated BBA+MBA,  Artificial Intelligence and Data Science + MBA, and many more.

Sikkim Manipal University conducts separate entrance tests, and Personal Interview (PI) rounds to evaluate the candidates. Candidates willing to apply for the BTech, MTech, and MCA must first apply for the University entrance test known as SMIT (Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology). However, candidates with a valid JEE Main and GATE score can apply at the University's official website. For those who have qualified SMIT, JEE Main or MET, counselling will be conducted separately for seat allotment. The candidates will also have to select their preferred course. SMIT 2025 seat allotment will be done by the authorities based on the candidate's rank and other factors.

Yes, there is BCom in Sikkim Manipal University. The BCom course is offered in both regular and honors degree lasting for three to four years. The UG-level course is offered in full-time and online mode lasting for three to four years. BCom lasts for three years and BCom Hons with research lasts for four years. Teh BCom programme is available in Accounting and Finance specialisations. BCom admission is completely merit based. 

Some of the specialisations offered by Sikkim Manipal University Gangtok for BTech course include BTech in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machines Learning), Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Information Technology, etc. Moreover, the duration of these courses are for four years.
