SPA Delhi BPlan Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BPlan at SPA Delhi is an undergraduate course offered for a four-year duration. This programme teaches students how to manage land and property development. So far, School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi has not released any last date of admissions. Students can apply as long as the admissions are open. As admissions are entrance-based, students have to first check the last date of accepted tests.
Getting admission in SPA Delhi is moderately difficult. Especially for the BArch programme. SPA Delhi is considered to be a good institute for Architecture and Planning programmes. Students have to score well in JEE Main Paper II/ GATE/ CEED, etc. The competition is high. But with proper planning, students can get a seat.
SPA Delhi offers 2 undergraduate, 3 postgraduate and PhD level courses in different specialisations. These courses are offered in the Architecture & Planning, Design, Humanities & Social Sciences stream. The duration of the courses ranges from 2 years to 5 years. Admission to these courses is entrance exam based. Candidates can fill online application after fulfilling the eligibility criteria to register themselves for the various courses offered at SPA Delhi. For undergraduate courses, candidates need to qualify for JEE Main. Candidates need to appear for CEED or GATE for postgraduate courses.
