SPA Delhi BPlan Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BPlan at SPA Delhi is an undergraduate course offered for a four-year duration. This programme teaches students how to manage land and property development. The aspirants must fill out the SPA Delhi application form to be eligible for admission. Further, candidates who are applying for BArch and BPlan courses will be allotted seats basis their performance in JEE Main. For PG course admissions, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study with 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/OBC). Moreover, the application form is available online and offline.
