Step 3: Obtain and print the application form.

Step 4: Make the payment for the application fee and download the payment receipt.

Step 5: Fill out the application form with all necessary details and include the payment receipt along with two copies of the online bank challan.

Step 6: Submit the duly filled application form either by post or in person to the relevant department at SKU.
