Yes, it is worth pursuing BTech at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University as it is a private university and is considered Maharashtra's first skill development university. The university offers a BTech programme to students across several specialisations such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Construction Engineering and Management, Computer Science & IT (Cyber Security), etc. Futher, the university has established industry partnerships with organisations, such as ICICI Bank, FIAT, Edu Kerron, Auto Cluster, Enrich Salons, Automotive Skills Development Council, and others to offer placement assistance to students. 

The university offer two scholarships for BSc in Beauty and Wellness course applicants. SSPU Pune offers seven sister scheme and My India Paradise scholarship schemes. The seven sister scheme can be availed by students from North-East region who secured at least 60% in Class 12. Additionally, My India Paradise scholarship is for students belonging to Jammu and Kashmir, Leh-Ladakh regions with at least 60% in Class 12.

There are a total of six semesters in the total course duration. Students have to go through an internship in the last semester of the programme. Some of the topics covered in the UG programme are:

The CAT exam was conducted on the last Sunday of November every year so the CAT 2024 exam is expected to be conducted on Nov 24, 2024. Official announcement of the CAT 2024 exam date will be made by the convening IIM on Jul 30, 2024.
