LPU does not offer direct admission. However, admission to few courses is merit-based. Aspirants scoring a 65% aggregate have a good chance of getting admission in LPU. Candidates seeking admission must visit the official website of the university to apply online. To apply for LPU, aspirants need to register for LPUNEST for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. LPU admission to most of the courses is based on LPUNEST score. The campus life is too good.

Placements: Top roles would be sales and human resources roles, which are common to all streams. Others would be an intern, food product developer, processing intern, or quality control associate. Bd Agro, Nestle, and Hunger Box are the main recruiters in our university.

Infrastructure: Mess has different varieties of food available with hygiene. WiFi is available on campus and in the hostels. Classrooms have Wi-Fi and smart projectors for classes. Labs and libraries are well equipped with all the needs, and there's a person to guide.

Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent. There's a guide to help us with research dissertation work. Also a personal mentor who will sort academic and non-academic problems. Exams are moderate, but we should obviously study. Teachers provide us with enough material.

Other: All cultures and festivals are celebrated encouraging one another. The crowd is so cheerful and positive. Scholarships make it easy for us to afford the study and campus life.

I am absolutely satisfied.

Placements: LPU is good in terms of placements, but for M.Sc. food science and technology, it's was quite low as compared to other courses. It provides more placements for B.Tech as you know the highest salary package offered is 45 LPA. In the year 2019, it got ICAR recognition for B.Sc. and M.Sc. agricultural courses. It has a very tough examination system, and they provide good facilities for lab work. So it is a good choice for you.

Infrastructure: There are many types of the hostel, and it was started from 12-sharing dormitory to single sharing rooms and apartment. It provides all states local food, i.e., south Indian and North Indian. They provide air-conditioners and coolers according to the money charged. They will provide a specific amount of electricity per year for every student.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful all the time. They are qualified and graduates. LPI recruits teachers who have good knowledge. Teaching was good, and they explain concepts in English mostly. The course curriculum is relevant. LPU makes students ready for industry work, mainly because it provides lab work.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest and scope. They should provide more practical work and free internships. A lot of events are conducted every day, and we get to know about them through the university app. Every special fest will be conducted by LPU. There are more than 30,000 students in LPU. The college has a lot of tie-ups with MNCs and national companies. The campus is covered with agricultural fields. LPU conducts all extracurricular activities, and it also provides scholarships for national-level candidates.

The facilities provided by the university are good.

Placements: Students of the senior batch were placed in really good and reputed companies as per my knowledge. Reputed companies like Nestle and Amazon visit the college and hire bright students. Students get placed in their dreams companies. Salary packages offered to students depend upon the ability and the workload they can handle. The college also offers internships where they can prove themselves. They get a chance to explore the plant. The highest salary package offered according to my knowledge was 3.40 LPA.

Infrastructure: Lovely Professional University is well-known for its infrastructure. The labs and other facilities are quite good and feasible. We get to explore more and more with the help of the resources. Hostel facilities are not up to the mark. The rooms can be more good as per the fees they charge. The walls and ceilings are very bad. Mess food is not very good, but it is average. The food offered in the canteen is okay. Classrooms are good and comfortable. Cleaning and grooming are done weekly.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are very supportive and very talented. The courses are very nicely allocated according to our future perspective. Methods of teaching are good, and they use both powerpoint presentations as well as discussions for students. Faculty members make classes more interactive. Students get to express their thoughts in a clear way. Their teaching quality is very good.

Other: Lots of events take place at this university. Apart from studies, students also get a chance to show their interest and talent in other fields.
