Takshashila University charges different total fees for different BTech courses. This happens because the tuition fees charged differ for most of the BTech specialisations. Candidates need to complete Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subject and optional subjects such as Chemistry, Computer Science or Biology with at least 45% aggregate in MPC for the General Category (40% aggregate for the reserved category). Besides, the applicant should be a Resident / Non-Resident Indian National / PIO/OCI.

The total tuition fees for Takshashila University BTech courses range from INR 3.4 Lacs to INR 12 lakh. This fee is provided in a range because the tuition fees differ from course to course. Moreover, in case a student fails to pay this fee at the time of admission, the university reserves the right to forfeit the admission.

Once Takshashila University closes the application portal for BTech courses, the admissions committee reviews all the applications.
