It is value for money and is good if you study on your own and don't always depend on your teachers.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students get their jobs in placements. The highest salary package offered here is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. All students must do an internship. Web development is the most priority role for students. TCS is a reputed company which visits here for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available only for professors on the campus, and only in hostels, students use Wi-Fi. Our college has the hugest library in South India, and almost all the books are available there. Labs are very comfortable, and classrooms are maintained neatly. Students should be prepared for Tamil Nadu food. About 2 sports events are organised every year. Our university provides its own medical facilities.

Faculty: Teachers here are not helpful in every situation, and you have to learn on your own most of the time. The teaching quality is based on the particular teacher. However, teachers are well qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. It helps students.

Our college has Asia's biggest library.

Placements: Placements depend on students skills, and they should pass in all the subjects. Every student gets a salary of Rs. 10,000-80,000 per month in our college. Top recruiters for our course include many small to large companies. Top roles offered to you depend on your skills, and they offer roles up to project head. About 60% of the students and above got internships from our course in Infosys.

Infrastructure: Our college is perfect and neat with world-class infrastructure. Our college has a highly equipped lab, neat classrooms, Asia's biggest library, free Wi-Fi facility and huge campus. There are the best hostel facilities, and the food served is hygienic. Our college has the best medical centre, a huge ground and basketball court. Hygienic food is served in the canteen.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are good at teaching, and their behaviour is also friendly to us. We like to learn everything from them, and teachers provide such a hospitality manner of teaching. The course curriculum is surely relevant, and you can surely learn from that and can gain more skills.

Other: I have chosen this course because I like the IT profession. I should improve my hard work and smart work. Our college organises best events, fests and extracurricular activities.

The fee charged is reasonable. It has a good infrastructure with grounds and play area for girls.

Placements: Placements were good for our seniors. Nearly 70% of the students were placed. The salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA to 6 LPA. Various companies like Cognizant, Swass Technologies, and Cintana, etc., visit the campus to hire the students of the computer science engineering department. The placement rate of computer science engineering is 70%. Our college offers 100% placements for civil and structural engineering departments. Our college provides various on-campus internships. Nearly 45% of the students were offered internships. They offer better positions based on students' knowledge. The stipend offered is ranged between Rs. 2,000-4,000.

Infrastructure: The college has the biggest library with nearly 2 lacks of books. We have various kinds of religious and Sanskrit books in it. We also have separate departmental libraries. The canteen is small, and the food tastes average. We have a medical assistant, and the doctor is available 24x7 in our medical centre. Labs are well furnished, and the chemical and physics labs are fully equipped. Hostel rooms are very good with 24x7 water and electricity. The food served in the hostel isn't that good. I am not facing any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.

Faculty: Faculty members in the college are knowledgeable, and they have completed their PhDs. The way they teach is really good, and their voices are audible to everyone. They clear all our doubts. We can be friendly with our faculty. Industry exposure is frequently provided. The course curriculum is very detailed, and it's very useful.

Other: The college conducts fests every year. We celebrate them very grandly with various technical and non-technical events, cultural programs, and various kinds of events. The campus is very crowded only at the end of the day. Connectivity is very easy. Campus surroundings are deserted. There are no shops nearby. Only small fast food stores are available nearby the campus. Scholarships are also provided here.

SCSVMV in a nutshell. Average faculty members, worse placements.

Placements: The placements for the senior batch were better compared to our batch. In my batch, almost 80% students were placed. Cognizant, Zoho, Sutherland, Sify are a few major recruiters. Students were offered different roles based on their domain knowledge. The highest package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. The placement cell is well established and it attracted 15 companies for CSE students particularly.

Infrastructure: We've a 40 acre spacious campus. The infrastructure is good, International Library being the cynosure. We've all necessary Labs, Medical Center, 2 huge playgrounds etc. The food in the canteen is overrated. The hostels are situated inside the campus and they're clean and spacious too. In some areas the road needs to be repaired though. Recently, a new building is constructed which would be used for academic purposes.

Faculty: The teaching staff is qualified and gives their best towards teaching. The faculty members are helpful and personally take the interest to explain things if needed. Anyhow, out of 10 you might find 2 faculty members not doing anything much. We are provided with Industrial Visits to gain the industry exposure. The curriculum being followed needed to be updated.

Other: The campus is situated in the urban areas of Kanchipuram and thus, there's nothing much in the surrounding yet. There is a L&T factory, Indian Bank next to the college. There are a few shops surrounding the college too.

Nothing great about the college.

Placements: The college had 70% on-campus placements with major recruiters like Cognizant, Emphasis, and others. Cognizant was the highest recruiter which hired close to 170 students. The highest salary was 3.5 lpa. Internship was supposed to be arranged by the students themselves and the college doesn't really help you on that.

Infrastructure: The quality of the classrooms is mediocre. The hostel rooms were shanty and pretty old structure. The food at hostels can prove troublesome for your stomach. There are few places where you can eat. The travelling from the college to the town can have a good impact on your monthly budget. So having a two-wheeler might help.

Faculty: The course curriculum is the same as followed by other universities and is not updated according to the industry standards. The faculty was just about okay. Few staff members had good experiences to share. Other general staff had knowledge but lacked teaching and speaking skills. You might have to study Sanskrit till 3rd year which is definitely not a good thing.

Other: Good and enjoyable infrastructure and environment. There are more new facilities to students like Wi-Fi campus and also internet facility with affordable cost and also well versed faculty member's. Well-equipped gym and also have a good place for sports like football, basketball and volleyball and also throw ball for women's as well.

Other: A campus where values matter a lot, it gives priority to Indian Culture. Though it is a base of Hindu, still it is completely secular. Library is its best attraction. Placement wise, it has very limited companies but placement rate is high. Need to adjust with food (in that case, every college has the same problem). College life is incomplete without cultural and tech festivals. Every Dept. has its own Technical Symposium. Overall college cultural festival is there. Technical symposium includes so competitions like tech debates, Coding, Technical Treasure Hunts, Paper Presentations, Poster Presentation and numerous. Cultural includes Dance, Mime of this college is best in south, face paint, Dance includes both classical and western, Music both western and classical, and many. For a sports person, it’s an apt place to show their skills. National level sports day is another attraction. There is no concept of Donations in this campus. Seats based on only merit.
