The total tuition fee for TMU BTech course ranges between INR 2.4 lakh - INR 5.6 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester tuition fee. Aspirants need to confirm their seats with TMU BTech fee. In case an aspirant is unable to pay the course fee, his or her admission stands canceled. Apart from the course fee, candidates need to pay a registration fee in the start of the admission process. • A pass in Diploma in Engineering or BSc with Mathematics or BCA with PCM at Class 12 level in case of BTech-CSE only with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for BTech (LE) course offered by TMU College of Computing Sciences & IT.
• A pass in Diploma in Engineering or BSc with Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for BTech (LE) course offered by TMU Faculty of Engineering.

BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. TMU Moradabad offers BTech in seven specialisations through the College of Computing Sciences & IT. Faculty of Engineering under TMU offers BTech in eight specialisations approved by AICTE.
