Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2027

College is average, there are good facilities provided to you. Enjoy.
Placements: I am in the second year. To talk about the placements, placements are given only to the meritorious students. There are no internships given through this college. If you would like to join an internship, you have to find one for yourself. Top recruiters are TCS, Wipro and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: There are three labs for BCA. All classrooms have smart class facilities, the library is one of the key features of the college, this is the place where everyone comes and prepares for their exams. Library gives a pleasant environment. Canteen is not as good as the surrounding colleges.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, they are knowledgeable, the quality of teaching is great, but they don't teach what the market needs. They teach the bookish knowledge, which is not at all useful. The semester exams are easy since it is an autonomous college.
Other: I chose this course to make my career in IT field, I would like to serve as software developer. The course can be made more reliable by adding more subject related to AI/ML and computer networking.

B.E. in Information Technology Engineering - Batch of 2026
Offered by Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Engineering
3.2
3Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Strong IT placements, supportive faculty, decent infrastructure, and average campus life.
Placements: I am final year student ( 2026 passout),70-80% of IT students got placed ( our seniors). The highest package is about 17 LPA, average is around 6 LPA, and the lowest is about 3-4 LPA (mostly ). Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Cognizant. We have one mandatory subject ( as internship - gap between 6th and 7th sem), so we have to do internship mandatory ( 100% students got an internship) mainly in IT roles like software developer. But for offline internship, we don't have support from college as 75% is mandatory ( you can do internship remotely).
Infrastructure: The IT department has modern labs, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a well-stocked library for academics. Hostels- (very less vacancies), but- 24/7 security, comfortable stay. Canteen food is average, mostly hygienic, but more expensive. The campus includes sports grounds (but it is mostly open for modern college of Arts, Science and commerce) and a gymkhana, encouraging events like cricket, volleyball and badminton (association). Medical facilities are available on campus for emergencies. Overall, the infrastructure and facilities are good for academics, sports, and daily life, amenities could be improved. The environment is safe, supportive, and student-friendly. Need to pay 5 rupees daily for parking.
Faculty: One of the things I mostly like about my college is the teachers, helpful and supportive faculty, mostly knowledgeable and qualified. Course curriculum is based on SPPU, but now college has become autonomous, so it has changed and been upgraded. But still, I don't think it makes students ready for the industry, there is a need for a practical approach. Semester exams are moderately difficult, designed to test conceptual understanding and practical approach. The pass percentage is nearly 70-80 %.

B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by Sinhgad College of Engineering
4.2
3Placements3Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Amazing college life with events like Sinhgad Carnival, Springfest.
Placements: Placements are average and the same as the other colleges like Sinhgad in Pune, but the college has a student training program that teaches students placement-oriented skills that lead to cracking the best placements. The placement team is well-experienced.
Infrastructure: Average hostel because the Wi-Fi range is too poor. The infrastructure is quite old, but it gives the typical hostel vibes, and the hostel life is amazing. The college gym has well-equipped facilities and sports options like table tennis, chess, carrom, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are good with a friendly nature, and the teaching style is also good. The curriculum is based on the new education policy. The student training program teaches new and placement-oriented skills to students, which helps them crack the best placements.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Batch of 2025
Offered by Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication
2.4

Review of Suryadatta Institute of Management and Mass Communication.
Placements: We are all looking forward to some good companies with good salary packages but it doesn't happen at any of the times. The basic range of salary would be between 2.4 LPA to 3.2 LPA. Mostly look for the MBA graduates for the roads like BPO banking and other insurance companies.
Infrastructure: Just in case, students' suggestions for deciding the regular main menu of the canteen are asked but finally they cook according to their monthly budget. The most important thing in the hostel is to be on time for the dining areas, otherwise you won't get any food because they are usually planned in limited quantities.
Faculty: The first thing done by teachers during examinations is to split students into groups. In each group, good ranked students are appointed as responsibilities, and they should take care of other students from the group and clarify their doubts. Teachers don't take on workloads or other pressure.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (First Shift) - Batch of 2029
Offered by NBN Sinhgad School of Engineering
4.8

Its a good college for a basic course, but you should not rely only upon college, its not reliable.
Placements: The CGP must be above 7.5 to get placement, but to confirm and secure a good package, you need at least 8.5 in CGP. Study and practice matter a lot. You have to take the initiative in various activities for the Certificate, which are conducted in the college itself.
Infrastructure: The college campus is quite big and lots of facilities are available for students. Its the best for a college campus for fest, and it also provides a lot of sports facilities, and you can take part in further competitions through college. It also has many types of ground with almost all the sports facilities.
Faculty: Teaching is a bit of understanding, but self study will help for a good percentage. The college also provided notes through various sources. They are really helpful for studies with libraries where we can study, and teachers are very cooperative, which helps a lot.
Other: As an average college, its good.

B.Sc. in Computer Science - Batch of 2028

It is the right option to choose BCA in this college. Placements are decent and are increasing.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is good. Various top MNCS companies come for recruitment, such as Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, etc. The highest package from the college is about 6 LPA. The average package is 3-4 LPA, and about 50% students get placed every year, but there is no internship provided. Students have to find one on their own.
Infrastructure: The course is very good because it is theoretically and practically easy for students to clear the basics of the subject. There are a total of 8 subjects, consisting of 7 theory and 1 practical-based subject. There is only one canteen in the college, and sports facilities are good, but not very good. There is a small library and a decent number of books. The college doesn't provide Wi-Fi for students.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, humble, and well-qualified. They have greater knowledge about their field. Their teaching technique is so good that they clear all theoretical concepts practically, and the course makes you industry-ready by clearing the basics. There are a total of 2 exams held in one semester, one at the college level and one at the university level, each of 35 marks.
Other: There is an induction program for freshers about 7-8 days, also there is the Ganesh festival of 10 days, and in Navratri, a grab is organized at the college level. Also, there is a sports day held in January. There are various scholarships for general students, for example, the EBC scholarship that reduces 50% tuition fees, which is provided for the Maharashtra government through the mahadbt portals.
