B.Tech. in Information Technology - Batch of 2029
Offered by G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur

Slightly satisfied with the college. It’s worth it, you can definitely take admission in the college
Placements: Around 70 percent of students from the Information Technology branch are placed. The highest package was 18 LPA, the average was 8 LPA, and the lowest was about 3 LPA. Companies included TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, IBM, Amazon, etc. The top recruiter was TCS, with around 80 percent of students getting internships from the college at TCS, IBM, and Infosys.
Infrastructure: Excellent facilities, good labs with Macs, and average or no Wi-Fi. Classrooms are equipped with smart boards or TVs. The labs are well-equipped with all necessary equipment, a quiet and well-maintained library, a big auditorium, and many events, including Google-developed groups. The same case applies to the hostel, which is well-maintained.
Faculty: Some good faculty members, some are average, but they are well qualified from good colleges like VNIT, IITs, and have great knowledge about the subject. The curriculum is very relevant compared to other colleges, and the college believes in practical knowledge; it is industry-ready.
Other: Good college, you can take admission undoubtedly, but it lacks a campus.

B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning - Batch of 2028

The college is pretty good, the placements are also good, infrastructureis average.
Placements: The placements for AIML are pretty good, as AI is booming right now. There are a lot of firms that are hiring from this branch for the role of AI Engineer or AI Analyst. Students are getting really good packages. The average package is 8 LPA, and it can go up to 32 LPA. Companies like PhonePe and JMPC come to our campus. From my branch, around 62 percent of students were placed last year, and with the change of TPO, I think it'll increase more.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi connectivity is really good; the speed can go as high as 100 Mbps. The classrooms are pretty good, but sometimes the classes get overcrowded as the intake is a lot. Most importantly, the classrooms are well-equipped. The same goes for labs. Every machine is up to date. As for the library, it's a lot bigger than I thought at first, but the only thing that bothers me is that sometimes you don't get a place to sit in the library due to overcrowding.
Faculty: Overall, teachers are quite helpful. There are some exceptions, but I have really great teachers; they are helpful, kind, and always smiling. That's one thing I really love about my branch. They make you feel like they are one of you. The curriculum is up to date, but it lags in some parts. Exams in VIT are one of the easiest things; even if you study just average, you can get above a 9 CGPA.
Other: AI has always fascinated me the most. I did my Diploma in Computer Engineering, but I wanted to make my career in AI and ML only. That's one reason I chose this path. Fest in VIT are absolutely bangers, you'll enjoy the most.

B.Tech. in Information Technology Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by K. K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research
4.4

Top-most colleges in Nashik. Worth studying, good infrastructure, and knowledge.
Placements: In Information Technology, about 80- 90 percent of students got placed from K. Wagh. Talking about the highest and the lowest packages, they are 20 LPA and 4 LPA, respectively. The average package goes around 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies for IT engineering are Druva, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Bosch, HCL, Amazon, etc., offering jobs like Software Developer, Software Tester, Full-stack Developer, Trainee, Data Analyst, AI Engineer, etc. K. Wagh offers internship facilities with companies like Druva, Microsoft, KPIT, and Bosch. It varies from Rs. 10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The college covers a large area. It has respective buildings or floors for each course. Talking about the classes, they are big enough to accommodate 100 students with a stage for teachers. Each classroom has a projector and a blackboard. The Wi-Fi is always available. The labs also have good quality with all the necessary items. There is a separate building of the library with all types of Educational books as well as books. It has a huge ground, football space, and a basketball court. The canteen has excellent quality food.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. This course consists of different subjects in every semester to gain knowledge diversely. There are project subjects like a workshop for learning mechanical tools and an idea lab for making projects like a 3D printer.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty, placements and crowd.
Placements: Absolutely no placement at all. It's the last semester already, and yet not a single company has visited campus for placement. It's not new, though. Every batch before us faced the same problem. The college placement head is a *** and is incapable of holding his position.
Infrastructure: Labs are good. College infrastructure is mid. But the worst part is the hostel. Absolutely pathetic. If you are comfortable sharing 4 toilets and open bathrooms with 50 other students, then it's for you. Otherwise, the hostel is nothing but a big slump. Avoid this college.
Faculty: Faculty is not at all helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. The attitude of Bollywood superstars doesn't really suit college professors. Faculty need to understand this and act like actual professors. You will feel like you are less in a professional course and more like a Zilla Parishad school student.
Other: The college campus, college area, and crowd are all poor. 90% college crowd belongs to villages. Events are pathetic. The campus is pathetic. The only perk of selecting this college is that you get to live in the heart of Pune city. Every single department is pathetic. Students are not serious about a career as engineers. All they care about is a degree certificate. If you want a crowd where you can grow, this college is not for you. All you will do here is waste 4 years of your precious college life, and regret it later. ( City students should 100% avoid this college.)

B.E. in Computer Engineering - Batch of 2026
Offered by Pravara Rural Engineering College
4.4
5Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
My college is the best, and I will recommend everyone to take admission.
Placements: In the Computer Engineering department, around 70–75% of students get placed from our batch. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA, the lowest is 2.5 LPA, and the average package ranges between 3.5–4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Lupin, Glenmark, Praj Industries, Serum Institute, Aurobindo Pharma, Reliance, Asian Paints, and Deepak Nitrite. About 40–50% of students also receive internships in reputed companies like Lupin, Tata Chemical, and Praj.
Infrastructure: The Computer Engineering department provides good infrastructure. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, well-maintained and fully equipped laboratories, spacious classrooms, and access to a central digital library with updated books and journals. The campus is clean and well-managed. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, 24/7 water supply, Wi-Fi, and basic furniture.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive, well-qualified, and experienced in their subjects. They provide both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure through lab work and industrial visits. The curriculum is relevant. It helps students become industry-ready with subjects like Process Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, and Heat Transfers.
Other: I chose this course because Computer Engineering has a wide scope in pharma, oil, food, and process industries. The best things about this course are the practical-based learning, helpful faculty, and decent placements for students who are serious about their career.
