    University of Rajasthan is a public/ government university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is one of the oldest universities in the state. It was set up in 1947 as the University of Rajasthan in 1956. Spread in approximately 705.0 acres on Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, also known as the central spine of Jaipur, the university has always accorded a high priority to games and sports. Uniraj has a modern sports complex, well-stocked library and well-equipped medical facilities to students. It is one of the renowned universities in India.

    Placements: Many companies are there, and the recruiting industry is there. There are a lot of placements, and all students get internships with many opportunities. Top roles and salaries are offered, and commitment everyone is placed in a good package based on their skills and capabilities.
    Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with all amenities, and the environment is friendly. and the activities are amazing. Most importantly, the environment and college life are great with many cultural activities, events, and groups. The campus gives a homely feel.
    Faculty: The curriculum is the best. Semester exams are moderate level and good for scoring. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable.
    Other: Amazing batch-mates and teachers.

    A memorable college life.
    Placements: About 40 to 50 percent of students got placed, and it was based on their eligibility criteria. Many companies visited our college every year and offered various packages to students based on their interviews. A good package was offered to students.
    Infrastructure: My course was an M.Sc. in Mathematics. There were well-developed rooms, labs, and classrooms in our college. Facilities of a library and Wi-Fi were also provided in our college. It had a big playground with all the sports materials. There was no hostel facility in our college.
    Faculty: In our college, faculty was highly qualified and helped students learn. The teaching manner was good, which helped students learn in an easy way. There was also a semester system from the year 2024. The pass ratio was, on average, 80 to 20 percent in our college.
    Other: I did a B.Sc. in Mathematics and wanted to do an M.Sc., so I enrolled in Agrawal PG College. There wasn’t much crowd in the college. Many college fests were arranged from time to time in our college.

    Rajasthan University - Strong academics, rich culture but needs monetization.
    Placements: Placement ratio is not good at Rajasthan University but students get their dream job in both private and government sectors. Good placements are there in professional work departments like MBA, IT, and law. Some departments encourage internship programs. It has an active alumni network to help students and make the university better.
    Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are very good. Our campus is well-maintained and food quality is very good. Mess and canteen are good in hostels. Libraries are available in each department. There is a central library for all students. Sports grounds are very large and well-developed at Rajasthan University. Many state and national players are found at this university.
    Faculty: The teaching faculty of Rajasthan University is well-qualified and experienced. Teachers are supportive of academics and good at traditional teaching methods. The semester exams are not very difficult because teachers are very good. The pass percentage is to get 120 credits and in numbers each paper students get at least 25 marks out of 100. The course curriculum is relevant.
    Other: I chose this course because chemistry department at this university is very respected and historic. The fee is also very affordable, like the fee is Rs 10,000 for two years course of M.Sc. I wish better labs and research work at this university. Scholarships are given based on students' performance and financial condition. Extracurricular activities are also available at the university.

    Good placements, great supportive teachers, good facilities but campus area feels short.
    Placements: Placement rate is good. Cipla and Intas are among the companies where students get placements. Almost all students who applied are getting internships in different industries like food and beverages industries, pharmaceutical industry, and biotechnology research laboratories.
    Infrastructure: Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology has state-of-the-art laboratories and hi-tech classrooms. They have a big library with good books related to Science as well as some self-help books. And sections for other books like philosophy and latest science magazines.
    Faculty: It is one of my favourite things about BIBT that faculty members are experts in their respective fields. They are really helpful and supportive with good teaching skills. After classroom studies semester exams felt easy. If students want they can ask for help anytime they want.

    Placements: More than 80 percent of students were placed at our college university. More than 15 percent of students got internships in other sectors. More than 50 companies have visited. The highest salary package offered in our college is 8.5 lakhs per annum and the lowest package is 3 lakhs per annum.
    Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and facilities are available at our college. They provide Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. Departments are available separately. Hostel facilities are good and the food quality of the hostel is acceptable. Medical facilities are also available. Sports and events are conducted every semester.
    Faculty: Lectures are very kind and have good qualification and knowledge. Our lectures are done with the Ph.D. The teaching quality is excellent, which makes us understand. Our course is curriculum-relevant. Exams are very tough; we have to work hard to pass. The passing percentage is 50 percent of marks.
