Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2026
Offered by Rajasthan Swayat Shasan Mahavidyalaya
3.4
Overall, my college is the best in terms of one lakh fees.
Placements: In my college, approximately 120 students are placed in my course. Last year, the highest package offered by the company was 10 LPA, the lowest package offered by the company was 3 LPA, and the average package offered was 6 LPA to the candidate who belongs to the BCA background.
Infrastructure: My college provides many facilities, such as a canteen. My college infrastructure is also good, where we can enjoy, make fun and do many things. Also, my college provides Wi-Fi facilities for students, through which we can enjoy in our free time, and the Wi-Fi speed is okay. My college also provides the lab facilities where many systems are engaged.
Faculty: Of course, all teachers are well educated, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some teachers are qualified from IIT Bombay, and their teaching style is like a miracle. Semester exams are conducted by other colleges. The pass percentage of my college is 70-85 percent because there is no chance of cheating.
Other: I chose the BCA course because I am interested in programming. The best thing about my course is that we can learn how to deal with computers and how to deal with applications.

MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery - Batch of 2024
Offered by Government Medical College, Kota
3.8
A detailed experience review as a second-year MBBS student of Government Medical College, Kota.
Placements: So basically, the rank placements in the NEET PG examination are rare, as there are about only 5 to 6 selections per batch. Although the selection rate for MO is much higher at our college. The internship provides about Rs. 23,000 stipend per month for a huge workload divided along every branch. The higher degrees offered by our college have a wide spectrum, which is due to technological advancements and the latest machinery.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. Some buildings are old, with barely working lights and fans, although equipped with a smart board in every department, they are not up to date. Meanwhile, some buildings like the college library and lecture theatre, exam halls are very recently built, having proper air conditioning, good infrastructure, polished walls and seats. The badminton court is a very well-built wooden court. Volleyball is average, a proper basketball court is present too. There is no college mess present as of now. The hostels are in a pretty miserable state, especially the boys' hostel for UG students, which has very poor hygienic conditions.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty helpful. They have good intent, and they have good practical teaching skills. The theory is not just some slides, they actually work hard to make it a great teaching experience. The teachers are pretty well-qualified doctors in every field. Teachers make the best outcome from their teaching style, which is curriculum-relevant all the way. Semester exams are pretty easy to deal with, one can consider them as practice exams, and there is no high pressure to pass in semesters. The minimum passing percentage are 40% in theory and 50 percent in practical.
Other: I chose it because it was my childhood dream to become a doctor, and that is what I am fulfilling. The best thing about our course depends on where we live. If it's India, the immense honours and respect we get are of paramount importance. Meanwhile, in other advanced countries, like the USA, the pay in the medical field is much higher than in any other job where they value skill more than degree. Events are basically null in our college, most events are organised by the UG students, mainly seniors, which makes up for a pretty boring college life if one is looking for a festive experience.

Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.)- Self Finance - Batch of 2027
Offered by University Commerce College, University of Rajasthan
3.2
University of Commerce College.
Placements: There are almost no placements because of the irregularity of students and faculty. The maximum number of students are doing professional courses other than a normal degree, so they don't come regularly, so the highest percentage is above average. Toppers students also get placement rarely.
Infrastructure: All over, the infrastructure is good, but there is irregular maintenance of the college building and garden. Infrastructure is good, because of no regular maintenance, it seems older and weaker, but it is really good, look-wise and quality-wise. Sanitation, canteen, drinking water and cleanliness are very good.
Faculty: Professionally, faculty members are top-notch, but they don't attend classes on a regular basis just because of the irregularity of students. Sometimes classes are going well, but if there is a long holiday, then it is not regular. Otherwise, it is best.
Other: Normal basic events are held, not that good and also no extracurricular events.

The worst decision that I have made so far.
Placements: I study B.Com, and there is no placement cell in this college. There is no package given to any students, and students are trying to find a job by themselves. Zero college support for placement, and also zero support in providing internships by the college.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is just for survival, there is no Wi-Fi, library facilities, etc. The food quality is not good, and also the mess stay close on the Sunday, and the staff is also not supportive. The hostel does not have proper lighting and ground facilities.
Faculty: The curriculum is outdated and has no use in today's world. There is no compulsory rule for attention, so students do not come to the college, and also, teachers do not come regularly to the college. The behaviour of teachers is very rude and not helpful to the students.
Other: There is no event, festival, or extracurricular activities. Most of the time, students don't come to the college, so there is no campus life. I took admission in this college due to its very low fees, and also, I didn't research the college too much. If I had read the reviews of this college before taking admission, then I wouldn't have taken admission in this college.

Good hostel, good faculty, but average placements.
Placements: There is no placement cell. There's placement room but it does not open. Placements in our course are below expectations. Around 20 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 5 LPA, the average is 1.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. A few good company visits. Internship opportunities are limited and mostly self-managed by students.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very good, the hostel food is amazing, and the seniors are also very supportive. No ragging happens in the hostel, and there is a personal room for each person, and the expenses are also very low. There is a place for playing football and volleyball. You can play at any time.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good and most concepts are explained clearly. They are more supportive like they help but not by dedication. The curriculum is relevant and helps students gain industry knowledge. Semester exams are moderate difficult and the pass percentage is quite good.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in commerce and career opportunities. The college has a good campus, helpful faculty, and good extracurricular activities. Fests and events happen only a few times and they are not as expected but placements and industry exposure should improve further.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty members.
Placements: About 70% of students got placed in my course. The highest package is 24 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. Companies like NASA, and many other MNCs like LG TV, etc., visit the campus. 60% of students got internships from my course in some MNCs or local companies. I don't have any idea about the top role offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good. Almost everything is available, like labs, libraries, computer rooms, etc. The quality of food in our canteen is average, and it has the highest price for the food. There is a ground for badminton also. A medical room is also available.
Faculty: I don't think the teacher is helpful. They are knowledgeable. But their teaching quality is not good. In the time of Artificial intelligence. This course is a waste of time. Semester exams are not difficult if you are prepared for them. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I chose this course to take opportunities in the IT sector and get a good package. The best thing is that there are many job opportunities in this course. There are no events held in our college. The environment is also not good.

Good for middle-class students.
Placements: In the University Commerce College, there is no placement provided to students. The placement rate of this college is very bad. There is no proper placement cell. There is no proper internship or placement provided to students. Students struggle with this.
Infrastructure: In the University Commerce College, the infrastructure of the college is fair. Not too good and not much bad. There are 3 to 4 large garden areas for students to play sports. There is one canteen for students to eat during their free time for fun.
Faculty: In the University Commerce College, the faculty of this college is the worst faculty I have ever seen in my life. No professor has come to teach in the classroom. Professors behave very rudely to students. There are no regular classes conducted. Students study by themselves.

Good campus facilities and environment, so I am satisfied.
Placements: Well, many students wanted to pass with a high percentage, but the average percentage is 80%. The highest package is around 5 to 6 LPA. Randstad India Company was better recruited. Around 90 percent of students got internships at the company. The top roles are business development associate, sales associate, etc.
Infrastructure: Many facilities are provided in the hostel of the college, like good classrooms with good discipline, which is maintained by all members of the room, and the Wi-Fi is of excellent quality. The library and good labs provide a top experience of experiments. Good quality food is provided in the hostel, and many other things are done, like games and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful for the students at all times, they are qualified, knowledgeable, and the quality of an average teacher is good. The course that they provide helps students to learn or work in the industry. The semester is, on average, difficult, and the pass percentage is 40%.
Other: There is no special reason for choosing this course of B.A. because there are many courses that are available to a student. Then it is difficult to choose a single course, so I chose this one because it's relatable to me and not too hard. I don't need to do more things because I have already set, and there are many things that are done in the college, like events and good connectivity to all the people.
